Welcome to The Blue Dog House, the perfect city gem! The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Less than a mile from the Superdome, you'll be close enough to walk to the big game; and with 10 beds and 5 bathrooms, there is enough room for everyone! Enjoy your coffee from the private balcony or BBQ in the spacious backyard. You'll be close to everything while experiencing a quiet getaway during the night in the lavish Blue Dog House.
Our guests have the option for an in person check-in which includes a walkthrough of the property, demonstration of the amenities, as well as recommendations for the area, with one of our experienced local New Orleans Property Managers (for no extra charge).
Guests can also check-in privately and the access codes will be sent upon check-in. Our concierge service is available for all of our guests. We're here to take the hassle out of setting appointments and reservations.

The location of this property is great for its convenience to everything in the city. Only 5 minutes to the French Quarter and easy access to highways, Tulane Ave, and a short walk t the Superdome! Close to whole foods, shops, salons, coffee shops restaurants and bars. Quiet and private neighborhood consisting of only new construction/homes, and other Airbnbs.
Guests have access to the entire property with a fenced-in backyard perfect for family outings, or just enjoying the sun in a private setting. Great for out door games and group activities , and ideal for bachelor & bachelorette gatherings, family reunions, corporate events and more!
The Blue Dog House has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms home. There are 4 rooms with private bathrooms; the 5th bathroom located downstairs, directly in front of the only bedroom w/out a private bathroom. The space includes a covered car port and private driveway for two cars, front porch, full kitchen and a balcony in the Master bedroom, along with a king sized bed. The Master bathroom has a beautiful bathtub, separate shower and his and her sinks. Two rooms feature twin sized day beds with pull out twin sized mattresses.
Guests are welcome to bring their vehicles, with a two car driveway and street parking. Guests are also encouraged to travel by using ride share apps such as Uber/Lyft. Chauffeur and Cab services are also available.

Hey there! My name is Max and I am originally from Washington, DC. I visited New Orleans frequently and jumped at the opportunity to live here when I was offered a Property Management job. I have since started my own company and do my best to make every guests stay memorable. It meant a lot to me to have a great place to stay as a tourist, and I hope to be able to pass that on to you! Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
The location of this property is near perfect for a guest experience. You are walking distance or a short taxi (Uber or Lyft) ride to many of the city's top attractions. It is located on a block that exclusively hosts weekend rentals. Having the proximity of about a mile to the French Quarter, combined with the size of the property make this location special. The home has easy access to not only the downtown areas, but Mid-City as well. You will be a short taxi (Uber or Lyft) ride to City Park, Bayou Beer Garden, Wrong Iron and the Bayou. The airport route is also easy and quick. It typically takes about 20-25 minutes to and from the airport depending on traffic.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
The yard in the back is great for enjoying evening sunsets or a good lounge before heading out to the town. It is well lit at night. The 5 bathrooms are a huge plus, especially for bachelorette groups. 4 of the 5 bathrooms are en suite for the bedrooms, Only the bedroom closest to the kitchen lacks an en suite bath.
