Above this, there's a furnished loft with a foosball table, while on the lower level, you'll find a cozy TV room with an additional gas fireplace and a full, neon-lit bar—perfect for entertaining! And when it's time to turn in for the night, this home offers five comfortable bedrooms including two with king-size beds, two with queens, and a kid-friendly bunk room.

While there is plenty of fun to be had right outside your door, this home is also not far from a variety of other local attractions. If you're visiting in winter, head up to the Soda Springs Mountain Resort, a family-friendly destination offering ski lessons, sleigh rides, and a large play area for the little ones, less than two miles north. Alternatively, hit the slopes at Sugar Bowl, located less than seven miles east. And for even more watersports and other lake activities, this vacation rental is less than 10 miles from the shores of Donner Lake and only 27 miles from beautiful Lake Tahoe.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
