The well-equipped kitchen, complete with a drip coffee maker and kitchen island with 2 bar stools, has everything needed for preparing meals, while the spacious dining room seats 6 with extra chairs located downstairs. Outside, the deck offers a gas BBQ and a seasonal picnic table, perfect for dining al fresco. For entertainment, the home includes a foosball table, board games, books, and even bikes and kayaks for outdoor fun.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home and parking for up to 3 cars with 1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. (Note: Street parking is prohibited during winter months for county snow removal purposes).
To reach the property during winter months, 4x4 vehicles or 2WD with snow tires and/or chains is highly recommended. The driveway and surrounding streets are plowed. During snow storms, chain control restrictions are often in place on the highway.
Other things to note
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
Charcoal grills are strictly forbidden in this county and will result in a $1,500 citation if used.
