This charming midcentury modern home is the perfect cozy space for traveling to Arizona. It is centrally located near the I17 and loop 101, easy to jump on the interstate and head north to Flagstaff or East to Scottsdale. The home is in a gated community, and is enclosed for dog-friendly families. (with a doggy door if your pup fits!)
The house is the perfect space for travelers who want a cozy spot to relax after a long day of exploring, or bask near the pool to soak in the beautiful weather!

We needed a place for 5 of us for my daughterâs graduation. This house was perfect! We felt very safe in this neighborhood. It was super clean and comfy. The host was very helpful. Highly recommend!
Property was just as advertised. Very clean and comfortable and in a safe gated neighborhood. We had a couple of questions, and the owner was very quick to respond. We would highly recommend this property!! Five stars all the way!!
This unit was fantastic for our stay in Phoenix for an archery competition! Great location and easy access to I-17, I-10 and the 101 loop. Clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Owners were great about getting back to us when we had questions.
Wonderful home, wonderful host. Quiet, gated neighborhood but close to lots of places to eat and shop. We had a great time and fantastic communication. Highly recommend!
Home was very clean & Megan was easy to communicate with during our stay. .
Also, great home if you're bringing a dog. Nice to have a small yard area for him along with the doggy door option.
This property fit our needs perfectly. It was a good size and provided room to have privacy as well as interact with the other members of our party. The host was very accommodating.
Enjoyed our month stay. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Master bed was very comfortable, but the room could have used another side table and a dresser for storage. The living room had a nice large screen smart TV and sofa and chair. Disappointed in the outdoor areas as the furniture in pictures was nicer than what is there now plus the neighborhood pool wasnât heated and was too cold to use even after 3 days with temps in the 90s. Host quickly replaced the frying pans and coffee maker with new ones when we contacted with a request for replacements as the ones in the house were unacceptable for use. She also scheduled a repair for a light that wasnât working.
The property is a bit dated. Couch needs replacing, bar stools soiled, patio furniture uncomfortable. A fresh coat of paint would do a lot. TV was very spotty. No access to pool as gate has lock box for some reason.
This house was perfect for our familyâs quick trip to Phoenix. We loved the safety of the gated community, and that the house had plenty of space for us to spread out and be comfortable. Communication with the host, Megan, was always easy. She replied to any messages in a very timely fashion.
The location was great close to the things we needed.
The house did not have Wi-fi. Hubby and I donât stream channels so tvs ( 2 big beautiful) weâre pretty useless to us. It was a gated quiet community. Too cold for pool but that was close.
Megan answered our questions promptly.
My only real complaint was they used flat instead of fitted sheets. Iâm a restless person and woke on the mattress cover most mornings.
The communication with the manager was excellent and the check-in was seamless.
There were some points we think could have been better.
First the remote for the garage door was missing, which was not practical.
The trash bins were full on arrival (maybe find a way to empty them for new arrivals)
We felt the house was a little dusty (i.e , cutlery, under beds and on table), even though it's Arizona (a lot of dust) we expected a little better.
Apart from that the house was very comfortable, the rooms spacious with good mattresses.
The pool is a also a plus.
We stayed at this VRBO .. for my son that had surgery at Mayo Clinic.. Listing said quiet, pet friendly⊠definitely NOT.
Either.. Cars racing up & down streets, Apartments full of Riff Raff & no grass in backyard/patio.. Weeds full of foxtails(Dangerous for pets). Did not feel safe..Appears the riff raff has been helping themselves to this place. Chairs on back were set against fence so they could climb over easily.
For someone that wanted quiet & pet friendly .None of us could rest.. Too Loud & uneasy.. Also Cheapest Fold up Cot Bedding ..?
Very unhappy customer.
Enjoyed our stay very much! The house was exactly as pictured, it was convenient for family to gather at on Christmas Day also. Washer and dryer was very helpful. Could use a few more dish cloths and the dishwasher soap was empty after one use, but I spoke to the owner and got it resolved (Housekeeper issue that was an anomaly probably because of the time of year we visited). All in all it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely stay here again!
Great house in a very quite neighborhood. Lots of space to relax in the house, comfy beds, cute patio outside. Close to lots of great restaurants. Host is very responsive and helpful with things in the area. Highly recommend this property!
My family and I came to stay at this beautiful home and the Host was very quick to respond & very helpful. She even have the Home ready for us 4 hours prior to check in time which was very convenient after getting off a long flight. It was our first time in Arizona and definitely wonât be our last. 10/10 highly recommended
We stayed at the property during our spring break trip from Wisconsin. The house was perfect for our needs, spacious and well kept. We had a great time and enjoyed the convenience of the house. The house is close to area shopping and restaurants. The property owner was responsive to questions we had during our stay.
I am an Arizonan, originally from Iowa and my husband Skyland is from Washington State. We both love to travel and explore. We have two homes on vacation rental: my home that I lived in and my husbands home that we both lived in when were single. We've recently gotten married and moved into our own home together!
We absolutely love our two homes and what they've provided us, but we wanted to start our life together in a new place. Now we get to share our homes with you! Please feel free to contact me to know more and if you're looking for something specific, I'm happy to accommodate! Enjoy.
