Enjoy the large 12' x 34' pool with new paver decking, unwind in the hot tub, or host a cookout with both gas and charcoal grills and plenty of outdoor seating. Challenge your group to a game on the private sand volleyball court, basketball hoop, or horseshoe pits. There’s even an outdoor bar to keep drinks and snacks close while you lounge in the sun.

Inside, you’ll find room for everyone to relax. The top-level great room features vaulted ceilings, ocean views, and multiple dining areas, including a breakfast nook and counter seating. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prep family meals, and the open layout makes it easy to socialize.
