Starr Pass Golf Suites is the vacation jewel of the Southwest. This 1BR condo is conveniently connected to Starr Pass Golf Club, rated one of Arizona's top ten courses.

The space
This spacious one-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 895 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom and a full sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining area, wood burning fireplace, washer/dryer and a private balcony or patio. Maximum occupancy is four. Private sleeping area sleeps two.

• Guests will be required to adhere to any COVID-19 rules/regulations set forth by the State of California.
• Since the Starr Pass Resort is a timeshare property, you may be invited to a presentation. There is no obligation for you to attend, you may politely decline to maximize your time while visiting. However, they do offer rewards for attending, but remember, it is a sales pitch!

General terms:
• Guests shall use and maintain the resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other owners or guests. The guest affirms they will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-out.
• The guest accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or resort property during the rental period..
• The guest hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.

Other:
I have been an owner of Shell Vacations timeshare properties for many years. This is a fully transferrable timeshare unit, so the reservation booked under your name (or the individual who will be checking in). Once your request has been accepted, you will check in just like at any hotel.
