Splash 903 West, 2 Bedrooms, Bunk Room, and 2 full Baths, Bunk Room, Sleeps 8, incredible Gulf and Sunset Views over 1400 sq feet.

This unit is completely remodeled for 2022.

NEW. CLEAN. COMFORTABLE. AND SECURE

This Beachcomber Plan. There is only one stack of condos that have this plan and they are only in the West tower. This condo has two actual bedrooms plus a bunk room. The bunk room, and the fact that it is nearly 1400 square feet, differentiates it from the more abundant "Wave" plans that out number the Beachcomber plans by five to one. It has a great location on the 9th floor of one of the most fun, kid friendly resorts in Panama City Beach.

It is beautifully furnished and spacious to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The living room has a sofa sleeper and a Large flat screen TV with commanding views of the gulf. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, access to the balcony and ensuite bath with garden tub and separate shower and double sinks.

The guest bedroom also features a king size bed, and there is a separate bunk room with bunk beds. Please note that the bunk room, does not have a door. The guest bath has a tub shower combination.

The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of space and is fully furnished in case you want to cook in.

The unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer.

The balcony spans both the living room and the master bedroom with access from both, and has top quality furniture including two cushioned chairs and table and two chaise lounges with 8' cushions.

Guests enjoy all of the amenities that SPLASH! has to offer. The indoor waterparks, pools, splash pad and the Tiki bar are all included.

Summer stays require a saturday or sunday checkin..

Not as expected

The property was not as clean as expected. Water was freezing! We were not able to enjoy any pool or splash pad. Beach was great and ocean was perfect. Our unit had the most run down living room furniture. Too uncomfortable to sit on to watch a movie. Balcony floor was extremely dirty and in desperate need of pressure washing. Kitchen was poorly accessorized with cookware and small appliances.

Great stay

Overall a great stay. Our only issue was the cleanliness. There was all kinds of crumbs in the sleeper sofa and multiple chewed up water bottle caps. There was dried chocolate on our bedding and parts of chocolate on the sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa in the left side was broken. We didn't use the sleeper sofa because of it so my son just sleeped on the couch. There was dirt on the counters. Other than than that it was a perfect location and a great stay. The place itself was very nice and the family and I enjoyed it there. Great view! Kids loved the splash park and lazy river. I would recommend there be more dishes with 7 of us staying there it seemed like we were running out of dishes. No pizza pan or pizza cutter would have been nice. Would be a 5 out of 5 if the room was a little cleaner. Thanks for having us!

Fun Place

This was a really fun place for my family. There was 23 of my family there including all 10 of my grandkids. The elevators were a problem most of the time. But we had a couple of issues with our condo but they were addressed very quickly. The only suggestion I would have is to have some beach accessories. Some my other family members had chairs included and also had additional beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels to use. We had none of the above. All in all it was a great place.

Fun!

We went for spring break my kids had a wonderful time swimming, and jumping in the waves. My only complaint was that I found a piece of poop in the lazy river. I found the only person I could which was a security guard. He didn’t act that concerned and went over to scoop it out. That was gross but it happens we just avoided the lazy river after that.
