Spacieuse maison située au centre de Truro sur 3 hectares boisés entourés par le National Seashore. 75 km de la plage de Balston ou du centre de Truro - à seulement 20 minutes à pied des deux. Beaucoup de sentiers de randonnée à proximité à explorer avec de belles vues. Grand plan d'étage ouvert. Toutes les commodités! Télévision grand écran dans le salon. Stéréo câblé pour l'intérieur et l'extérieur! Grande cuisine. Repas à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur 8, plus sièges de bar de cuisine 4. Capacité d'accueil jusqu'à 13 personnes: les suites Master, les suites Queen et les 2 autres chambres offrent beaucoup d'espace et d'intimité. Suite Queen a ses propres zones de sommeil pour 4 personnes plus espace de vie avec canapé-lit, plus des lits superposés pour 2 autres. La suite principale et 2 autres chambres peuvent accueillir 7 personnes. Grand espace extérieur avec un grand porche à l'avant, un patio en pierre à l'arrière et beaucoup de pelouse. Annual Family trip to Truro

Priscilla and Keith are wonderful hosts. This property offers so much to a family who loves heavenly Truro and Ballston Beach. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer!

Feels like Home

This was the first time stepping into someone else’s home and felt like home to us. We had a party of 6 and was able to not be on top of each other. However could very easily sleep more. You are away from the hubbub, but still close enough to get there at reasonable times. I would rent this location the next time I’m back.

Family Reunion

The location is perfect for our family reunion, close to our favorite beach. The house has great outdoor space to spread out and play games. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Also plenty of parking which is usually an issue with us as we all arrive different days in our own cars and have to scramble for parking. The hosts were available to answer all our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our week.

Extended family vacation

This property worked well for our family. Plenty of space to spread out but also able to share meals together and enjoy a movie night. The outside patio and front porch gave us options for outside sun or shade and we enjoyed the outside areas every day. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we need to cook our meals and there were extra refrigerators to keep all our beach beverages cool. Priscilla was very helpful and happy to answer any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this home.

Wonderful retreat!

Loved this house, so much space. Highlights were the stereo (so cool that you can route the speakers to either of the outdoor location), the fully equipped kitchen (amazing for people who plan to cook a lot), and the huge dining table. This house was perfect for a large group of adults and I’m so happy we chose it!

House was Nice but the kitchen cookware was all very old and location was remote. The living room is not really suitable for having a group of 8 people watch tv at the same time. Not enough room.

Beautiful, spacious and quiet

Priscilla and Keith were wonderful and promptly addressed any concerns or questions we had. The house was very spacious and well equipped. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Very nice yard and outside patio area. The fire pit was a plus to sit around during the evenings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

Our August stay

We rented this property to be close to Ballston Beach which we discovered in summer 2020. We had very close proximity as we hoped for and to loved attractions in North Truro. Our family loved our stay and vacation this summer. We are so lucky we could all be together on this trip. Priscilla and Keith are extremely attentive and considerate to their renters.

Wonderful accomodations

House was very nice.....The 11 of us wanted enough room but also we wanted to stay together so this was the right idea. Much privacy so we had tons of fun playing yard games at night.....and cooking BBQ.............Weather held and our August capecod week was near-perfect.

Great house and location for a wonderful family vacation

Location is excellent for beaches and trips to PTown. House is private with plenty of room for an extended family gathering. The patio and outdoor shower were great. We were very comfortable staying here and had a great vacation week. Priscilla is very responsive with any needs/concerns and went above and beyond making our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended place to stay.

Nice week with family

Fun at Cape Cid

Priscilla and Kevin are wonderful to rent from. They were very friendly and responsive to any of our concerns. We had a wonderful two weeks. The house held 13 people comfortably. There were plenty of blankets and towels for everyone. We brought our Bernese Mountain Dog and the property was as advertised very dog friendly. Going to the town beach was like having a private beach to ourselves.

Great place for families

Great house. We had a few families and it worked out great. It was so nice to have a full kitchen to cook in, use of a grill, and a living room to relax in. We actually cooked quite a bit because it's so much easier to eat at home with small kids. I appreciate being able to bring my dogs - such a treat to have them with us at the beach. Accommodations were clean and roomy. Priscilla and Keith responded quickly to questions. The house is close to just about everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and close to our favorite beach

This was a great rental house for our annual family vacation. The house is big and spacious, with a variety of beds/bedrooms for everyone (and plenty of sheets, pillows and towels). The kitchen was well-stocked and spacious, the patio and back yard were roomy, and the outdoor shower was great. Most importantly for us was the proximity to Ballston Beach. It was an easy walk or bike ride, and we could drive down to drop off kids and gear. Priscilla and Keith were great to communicate with, and responsive to questions. They even arranged for perfect weather;)

Updated, Clean, & Close to Everything!

Our group of friends, which totals 11-15 people, have been traveling yearly to the cape for 10 years. By far this is one of the best houses we've stayed at. It's a newer construction, so it's much cleaner and updated in ways that many other large rentals are not. There's plenty of space for everyone, and best of all, it's close to everything on the outer cape, Head of the Meadow, P-Town, Wellfleet, etc. Also the owners were very communicative and helpful when we were booking the house, and the security deposit was prompt in its return. I highly recommend this property.

Just ok

(1) They do not take pay pal or credit cards. My stay ended on July 19. I moved out of my apartment on July 31. They had not mailed my check in time, so now it's August 24 and I'm still waiting for my deposit. I thought they would mail my deposit immediately, but apparently they needed over a week to get around to mailing it. When I asked Priscilla to mail the check to my new address she said she would have to take the stop payment charge out of my deposit. (2) During my stay Priscilla asked if her husband could come by "late afternoon" to lock some containers. I said yes. We turned from the beach at 6:30. Around 7:00 p.m. I was taking a shower in the outdoor shower (it's a very nice shower). I was rinsing my face when I opened my eyes and noticed a stranger stalking through the backyard. I was terrified. Later we figured out that it was Priscilla's husband. Our car was in the front yard, so he knew we were home. You can hear the shower from a distance away...and there are no containers in the backyard, so I'm not sure why he felt the need to circle the yard. Neither of them addressed the issue or apologized. (3) The house itself is nice. It's large with many bedrooms. It's up the street from the beach, you just need to buy a beach sticker for $50/week. It has a nice patio and a grill that you have to use a lighter to light...hopefully they get that fixed. Ballston beach is gorgeous. Truro is great and so relaxing. (4) Cleaning is not discussed at the time of payment. I actually made my reservation in February and it wasn't until two weeks before my July vacation that Priscilla sprang the cleaning costs on me - I believe it's over $200. For most rentals cleaning is factored into the fee. (5) A person in my party did leave with a pillow that belonged to the house. She mistakenly thought it was hers. I don't know yet if anything was taken out of the security deposit for the pillow, because I've been waiting 6 weeks for my security deposit check. (6) There are tons of houses to rent in Truro/Provincetown - check some of those out first.

Wished we could stay longer!

Wonderful location and house, and very accommodating and helpful owners. The space, both inside and out, was perfect for our large party. I would recommend this property and these homeowners in a heartbeat. Enjoy Truro!

Wish we lived here

This was our second stay at this property and we love it. The listing is accurate - the house has all the comforts of home AND is pet friendly (though very clean). The setting, on the road to Ballston Beach, is so peaceful and private. There are hiking trails near the beach, and the beach itself is beautiful and uncrowded. The owners are very responsive and easy to work with. We highly recommend this property!

Great in every way.

Great house in a great location. Truro is beautiful to begin with and this section is particularly nice. Wooded and quiet. Being able to walk to the ocean is a huge plus. House is spacious and well equipped. Owner was super easy to deal with and very accommodating. Absolutely recommend this property.

We live in Truro year round, both of our families have lived in the town for many generations. We live in the house 10 months of the year and thus have all the conveniences of home. We continue to make improvements every year to our benefit and the benefit of our renters.

North Pamet is one of the loveliest unspoiled roads in Truro. The house is nestled in the middle of National Seashore property. Lots of privacy and still a short 15 minute walk to beautiful Balston Beach.

Very private with all the conveniences! A short walk to Balston and lots of nearby trails for exploring. Front porch is lovely and back patio is great for outdoor dinners or just relaxing.
