This was an excellent house for family to stay in. It was beautifully laid out, so everybody could be comfortable. It was well stocked and very, very clean.

The views, location and house were amazing! We had 3 adults and 2 dogs and it felt spacious. We are not bigs cooks but kitchen has limited condiments, napkins, etc. but fine for us. All in all a great stay and highly recommend.

Hilltop hideaway

Great house...only comment is the driveway could be paved better...refrigerator needs an upgrade with ice maker and filtered water and kitchen needs a kurig. Otherwise we loved it.

Private location with beautiful water views.

We had a great time with our adult kids their partners and our two dogs. House is spacious so we weren’t in each other’s way. Highlight though is the view from the deck and the dining room of the water. Only issue and not related to the house is that Truro restricts dogs on the beach more than Wellfleet and almost all of the National Parks beaches were closed to dogs to protect the nesting birds. So dogs will push to go back to Wellfleet next summer.

Beautiful location!

This is a real gem in Truro, on a quiet dead end road close to town and the beach, sweeping views of Pamet harbor. Very comfortable space, beautiful spacious bedrooms, lovely beds, AC etc... Some things to know before you go, though, this isn't one of those rentals where amenities are included. You get sheets and towels, that's all, no condiments, beach chairs or towels, extra blankets etc,... very bare bones. Apparently there's an "extra" tab on website where you can order some items ahead of time. We had issues with the coffee maker and toaster which hopefully have been replaced, and the umbrella for the deck was also non-functioning. We also had issues with a completely inaccurate description of the bedrooms which needs to be fixed for future guests. Minor frustrations however for the price Del Mar could do better. Overall though, just an incredible property and lovely space - we were a party of 5.

Beautiful location, wonderful home!

This home is located on a small hill overlooking a marsh, Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown in the distance Pros:*Views of the bay and marsh from most rooms. (Some blocked by trees but not entirely)*Rooms are HUGE and spacious. Closets are huge and empty so easy to unpack and feel at home*Located at the end of a dead end so no traffic noise * Home has room to sleep probably 12 although has a limit of 8 so plenty of privacy for all*Kitchen very organized and well equipped *Second floor bathroom renovated and updated* Bright and airy. *Air conditioners in windows of all bedrooms worked well when temps reached mid 90s*VERY CLEAN*A lovely very well maintained home in the beautifully peaceful town of Truro*Truro market is nearby and had EVERYTHING we needed!*Nicely decorated with a nod to “beach” without being over the topSlight cons:*Kitchen could use an update. Stove settings are warn away so hard to know what is high vs low*Dishwasher is in rough shape. Also has warn off buttons so very hard to chose run vs rinse other than trial and error*Patio/ deck furniture is in need of replacement…but useable*Master bathroom is dated, but clean and functional so no issue*Shades in dining room would have been nice on the days when it was in the 90s and sun came streaming in midafternoon through sunset. *Smoke detectors went off at 3 am for no apparent reason. Delmar came to check 24 hours after we called them and found no cause. Would definitely stay again
