Located on the second floor, the views from the private lanai are nothing short of breathtaking. The Resort itself is conveniently located just a short distance to Whalers Village for great shopping and dining experiences, world famous Kaanapali Beach and Napili Bay. Those are truly unforgettable Maui memories! We also appreciate your helpful feedback regarding the lanai furniture. The current setup includes a dining table and four chairs, and we'll review our listing photos to ensure they accurately reflect the current furnishings. Regarding the cleanliness concerns, we were surprised to read those comments, as they were never brought to our attention during your stay. We always encourage guests to let us know immediately if anything is not up to our standards so we can promptly correct it. Our pre-arrival inspection photos do not show debris under the appliances or dirty light switches, but we will certainly look into the areas you mentioned and review them with our housekeeping team. We're pleased we were able to respond quickly to the refrigerator issue and get it repaired promptly so you could continue enjoying your vacation. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay. We will have a chat with the cleaning company and inspectors. We are always happy to come out right away should you need anything. We need to use bedding that can all be changed out for fresh linens and blankets for every stay. Therefore we do not use bedspreads for sanitary reasons.
