Spectaculaire face à l'océan - Kuleana Resort

Le Kuleana Resort est situé entre les montagnes de West Maui et l'océan sur la côte d'or de Maui. L'unité 411 est une unité d'une chambre, au deuxième étage en bord de mer au milieu de jardins luxuriants. Il a été récemment rénové avec des comptoirs en granit et des sols en travertin. Une véranda privée offre une vue sur les îles de Lanai, Molokai et de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Pendant la saison d'hiver, vous pouvez observer les baleines depuis votre véranda privée. Les tortues abondent et une rampe de plongée sur place permet un accès facile à l'eau. Nous avons une petite plage qui va et vient, mais les plages de Kapalua et Kaanapali sont à proximité, tout comme de nombreuses autres plages pittoresques. Il y a aussi un accès sur place à un bureau d'activités où vous pouvez réserver des visites. Vous pouvez tout faire ou rien. Nous nous sommes mariés sur le terrain et revenons chaque année pour fêter notre anniversaire.

Le complexe de condos dispose d'un court de tennis et d'une grande piscine, propice à la nage en longueur. Le Kuleana est bien connu pour ses motifs qui sont sur sept hectares avec des passerelles entourées de magnifiques plumeria et arbres de bois de fer, tous les types d'hibiscus, de gingembre et de palmiers. Ces terrains sont entretenus avec fierté et sont parmi les meilleurs du côté ouest.

Shopping, restaurants et golf se trouvent tous dans un rayon de 8 km. Nous sommes à cinq kilomètres au nord de l'effervescence du quartier hôtelier de Kaanapali qui comprend des spas, du golf, du surf, du kayak et du shopping. Nous sommes à huit kilomètres au nord des charmes historiques de Lahaina où vous pouvez trouver des restaurants pour tous les goûts, des bateaux pour la pêche sportive, des cinémas, des galeries d'art, des spectacles et de nombreux magasins. Nous sommes à environ 8 km au sud du célèbre parcours de golf de Kapalua. Bien sûr, vous pouvez toujours rester et faire un barbecue sur la plage tout en profitant du coucher du soleil. La cuisine est bien équipée avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin.

Our stay at Unit 411 in Kuleana was nothing short of amazing. The location is everything you could hope for—being oceanfront, you can hear the waves gently lapping against the shore while sitting on the lanai enjoying dinner or your morning coffee. The sunsets from the lanai are absolutely breathtaking. Although we had some rainy weather and only caught a couple of truly great sunsets, it didn’t take away from what was an incredible experience overall.The unit itself is very well maintained, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Maui. It’s just steps from a beautiful, well-kept pool, and a short walk around the corner brings you down to the beach, where we were lucky enough to see turtles many times.During our stay, we did encounter a few minor hiccups, but Robert was always quick to respond, and everything was handled smoothly and without issue.I would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a stunning location. At the end of the day, it really is all about location—and this one is outstanding.Thank you, Robert and Sharon, for sharing your condo with us. We had a fantastic time and would love to return in the future.

Phenomenal Maui Stay

Bob’s property was the perfect stay for my wife and I. The oceanfront view, the cleanliness, the provided amenities and the location of the Kuleana are unmatched. It is peaceful and quiet, away from the busy hotel areas. There are lots of beaches and shopping within a 10-minute drive as well as a 15-minute walk from our favorite breakfast spot, Java Jazz. The Kuleana is just as great as I remember from my visits here when I was younger with my family.

What a view!

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and my birthday. The place was wonderful, clean and nice amenities. The view is spectacular! We watched sea turtles and whales( happened to be whale season)from the lanai. There are so many options at this location. You can swim, snorkel or do nothing and enjoy the Sunset. Definitely will return.

First time in Hawaii and Maui

This was a most amazing property with everything you could ever need. The beach front accommodations were an absolute feast for the eyes. Plenty of snorkeling right on property with sea turtles, massive amounts of fish, eels and octopus to see just walking out the back door. Great coffee within walking distance and downtown Lahaina just a 10 minute drive away for a little livelier nightlife if you want it. Property was super clean and had all the amenities you'll need for your quiet stay on Maui. Best views and proximity to nearly everything you'd want. Super safe area and very private!! We'll be back!!

Amazing view!

Actual views from lanai were gorgeous - pictures never can capture the beauty of the ocean. We saw whales and turtles from the lanai. We went to bed listening to the waves crashing on shore. Doesn't get any better! The condo was well stocked, especially liked the Brita pitcher which supplied us with good water without having to purchase bottled water. They even had a first aid kit available. These are just some of the extras that the condo provided. Communication with Bob was excellent. Had a problem with the internet and Bob quickly took care of us. The property was well maintained and beautiful. It was a good week.

Loved the unit

This is a great unit at Kuleana. You are right next to the beach with fabulous sunset views. The bed is super-comfy. The kitchen and bath have been upgraded recently and look great. The unit has beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella to help make a great day at the beach, whether right below your window or down the street at all of the great nearby beaches. It's also right next to the pool. The Kuleana is very close to some great take-out food to enjoy on the balcony as well as 10 min away from the many great choices at Ka'anapali. The community is quiet and peaceful. Robert was very responsive and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend this unit.

Tropical Paradise Getaway

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible apartment in Maui, and we cannot express how much we enjoyed our time there. The location is fantastic. The ocean front lanai offered breathtaking views. We were there in December and saw whales right from the comfort of our own balcony. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and tidy, the kitchen was well-stocked and we appreciated the attention to detail in providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay (e.g. beach gear, extra garbage bags and toilet paper, Tupperware, ziplocks and foil, dish soap etc) Communication with the owner was excellent, and they provided clear and detailed check-in instructions, making our arrival seamless and stress-free. In conclusion, we couldn't have asked for a better combination of a great location, a well-equipped and clean living space, and the added bonus of whale watching from our balcony. If you're looking for a quiet and comfortable Hawaiian vacation, this is the perfect choice.
