Beautiful beach view from bed! Patio was our favorites. Kutcher. Provided everything we need to cook meals for our choice. Definitely stay again!

Amazing!!

We loved it! Great place for kids and adults. Beaches near by for infants and great cafes. The hotel team was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent ocean view.

Room was smaller than appears in pictures. The A/C was not very cold room faces the West so in the afternoons it warmed up to 80 plus each day. Beach access is not direct , plan for a short hike.

Great location

The pool was in a great location and very clean. Easy to watch for sea turtles and whales. The room was very comfortable.

Great value

Nice view, convenient location and great value overall. The only issue we had was the wind noise. I've talked to other residents and it seems to be an issue with most of the units in the building. A quick tip for managing the wind noise - stick a pair of flipflops between the window screen and the door so it puts the pressure on the frame and seals the gap.

Our trip to Maui

This property couldn’t be cleaner! Despite its age, the property is meticulous in every way! We loved the location and our room (317) was adorable— updated, meticulous, and everything we could have wanted, with a spectacular sunset view thrown in! We will definitely return to the RK if we have time (we’re 77)!

Great except the jackhammering and hallway construction

We ended up chosing this location after our original VRBO was cancelled after Hawaii governor extended emergency housing for Lahaina fire. We had never stayed in Napili and were pleasantly suprised with the area. The condo building is dated so our first impression was underwhelming BUT the room was updated. We had ocean views, but know there is no ocean access in front of the condo, it has sandbags out front instead. We had no issue with this as we could drive or walk to beach access. The pool area was also dated but we never had an issue getting chairs and we saw so many turtles and whales from the pool area. The room itself has an air fryer, drip coffee maker, fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. It also had a coffee grinder. Closet had 2 Tommy bahama backpack beach chairs and a small cooler. Washer and dryer are small, but work well. Room has AC, but we much preferred letting the crosswinds blow through the room and the you can just listen to the waves. The only issue we had was the hallway construction and structural concrete repair which included the use of a jackhammer. We would definitely stay here again. Btw-at time of this post it is eighteen a day for parking you pay for when you enter the building. There was plenty of available parking, to include covered parking under the condo. Also there are luggage carts inside the main entrance to the right which makes moving in and out super easy.

First time in Kahana

Great location, easy to access and close to everything we needed. Especially happy about the Beach House Happy Hour and SUP rentals. Pool is great, property is well maintained and our unit was really nicely updated with everything we needed. Oh yeah
 and endless whale sightings from the lanaI! Will definitely be back!

Honeymoon at Royal Kahana 317

This was a great place to stay for our Honeymoon! The place is as advertised and was great. The room was clean and the views from the balcony were awesome. The in unit dryer and washer were great to have and we had no issues with bugs. Very clean! In addition, the Royal Kahana property itself is kept clean as well. Everyday we saw workers early in the morning cleaning the pools and the grills. I was impressed how clean the grills actually were! Spotless! Maui

Condo was clean and in a great location! Walking distance to Maui Brewing, a variety of restaurants, and a convenience store. Short drives to beautiful bleaches and shopping! Sunset views every night were spectacular. Appreciated the washer/dryer in unit. Concierge in the lobby was helpful in suggesting places to go! We had a wonderful vacation!

Well appointed, beautiful location

We are frequent visitors to Maui, but it was our first time at the Royal Kahana. Our unit was clean, beautifully updated and appointed. The owner's reps were responsive and available and a pleasure to work with.

Nice Studio on the Beach

The studio condo lived up to the description and pictures. The floor was dirty when we arrived, however, after notifying the property mgr they promptly sent a cleaning crew and remediated the issue. The property mgr was also very responsive to other minor questions (via text - my preferred method). All in all, I recommend the property and appreciate the responsiveness of the property mgr.
