The Seashell Shack offers a premium stay experience in Sandbridge Beach, VA! Enjoy this private tiny home as it offers mesmerizing views across the bay. Just minutes away from the beach and Sandbridge’s nature reserve, this beautiful, relaxing condo offers a wide variety of activities from everyone in the family! Enjoy kayaking in the bay, which is easily accessible by the community’s access ramp, or venture to the nature reserve right next door and become one with nature! Take a bike ride to the beach or enjoy free parking at the beach, just a 5 minute walk away!

The resort we are located in offers a community pool, playgrounds, and open spaces for children, and adults alike, to run around and have a good time. We are conveniently located directly across from a playground, volleyball court, bathhouse and public laundry room. Enjoy a nice open air dinner on the spacious deck and swing the night away on the backyard swing as the sun sets on the bay.

This tiny home offers a private master bedroom with a queen size bed, a loft with a queen floor bed and convertible cushion couch, a sofa bed in the living room area. Sleeps 4-5 comfortably, but can accommodate 6-7 if you don't mind close quarters. Enjoy a full, private bath. Also, enjoy a full kitchen for those wonderful home-cooked meals. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Things to note: Must be at least 21 years old to book. No smoking of any kind in or on the property are allowed. No parties are allowed. Maximum adult occupancy is 3 adults plus children or 4 adults. For children under age 2, please bring a portable sleeping arrangement for their safety. Please get in touch if you have any questions!

The mattress to ceiling height in the two tiers of the loft is 20 inches (upper loft area) and 35 inches (lower loft area).

No pets are allowed.

As part of the cleaning fee, fresh sheets and towels will be provided for your stay, but you are welcome to bring your own!

The outdoor pools open Memorial Day weekend and close Labor Day weekend.

One of the advantages of staying at this Bungalow in this RV Resort is that its right across the street from a children's play lot. There's also a Laundry room with extra Restrooms with showers at the same site as the playground. Those restrooms with showers come in real handy after returning from the Beach.

This was my second time staying at the Seashell Shack. It is comfortable, has all the things we needed, and Scott communicates well. Those are all lovely and make it a great choice, what sets it apart, though, is the gorgeous view of the bay. Sitting on the spacious porch in a rocking chair, listening to the soft waves, and feeling the bay breeze is incredibly peaceful. Plus, just a short walk to the oceanfront! Would highly recommend to any and all!

We enjoyed the fact that the beach was a 6 minute walk away and the community had a pool. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

This tiny house is in a great location; the bay views from the porch were stunning, and it was a short walk to the beach. The area felt safe, and the neighbors were all very friendly.The host was very responsive and sent all the info we needed ahead of time.The inside of the house was clean and well-appointed, but there were spiders everywhere. Most of them were on the outside, but a few came crawling out from cracks above the shower and from behind cabinets in the kitchen. The windows were covered in webs with giant spiders, and the porch furniture really needed a solid cleaning; the table, chairs, rockers, and railing were all covered in live spiders and their webs.Overall, the convenient location and stunning views made it worthwhile, but for the price we paid, we didn’t feel like the patio furniture should have needed such extensive cleaning for us to be able to make use of the outdoor space.

We appreciate your honest feedback regarding the spiders and outdoor furniture. The porch and outdoor furniture were cleaned just a week prior to your arrival; however, because our property is located on a campground right next to a nature preserve, the local insect and spider population can return remarkably fast. That said, we completely understand your frustration and want our guests to enjoy the outdoor space without feeling like they need to clean it themselves. We will continue to address this with our cleaners to better improve the outside condition of our place. Nice weekend getaway!

We enjoyed this tiny house for a quick Spring Break trip. Waking up to the views of the water was perfection! We highly recommend Baja, the restaurant next door, for dinner. Overall, this house was very clean & very updated; property manager Scott was great to work with.

My best friend and I enjoyed our stay immensely. Hosts were generous and accomodating with requests and questions. The location is fantastic and the lodging is very comfortable. The loft and bedroom allowed us to both sleep comfortably as she likes the room warm and I like to freeze. My only suggestion is..if you use ubereats or instacart..provide the name of the resort as some drivers may have difficulty finding the place due to gps weirdness.

Perfect Family Tiny Home

My family stayed in the Seashell Shack for a week in August and were very happy and comfortable. The upstairs bedroom was perfect for our two teenage daughters with plenty of space for them to each have their own comfortable mattress. There was A LOT of rain and wind the week we stayed, but the living room was comfortable for games and movie watching and the covered deck was large enough to enjoy the outdoors even when it was raining. Couldn't ask for a better location. We will be back!

My family and I love going to the beach. As soon as we discovered Sandbridge, we fell in love with the area and the community. The RV Resort we are located in is adjacent to a wildlife refuge and a 5 minute walk to the beach, offering the unique experience of resort living with nature just a few steps away.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Location location location. The Seashell Shack sits right on Back Bay, and is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Less than 3 minute walk to all the major amenities in the resort. Also, the property and lot are newly renovated for 2023 (see the pictures)! One of the only "tiny homes" available for rent in Sandbridge!
