2 chambres 2. 5 salles de bain condo de 3 étages joliment meublé !!! Situé entre la plage et le palais des congrès. Salon au 1er étage, cuisine et 1/2 salle de bain. Buanderie au 2e étage, chambre avec salle de bain complète. Lit King et un ensemble de lits superposés doubles en haut et en bas. Chambre au 3ème étage a une salle de bain complète, lit queen et un balcon. La vue depuis le balcon est l'une des meilleures vues des feux d'artifice qui se produisent toutes les deux semaines ici au bord de l'océan. Les draps sont fournis. Le propriétaire est un agent immobilier agréé dans l'État de Virginie.

Immaculate, comfy, cozy

This place had everything we needed. This was a 3 night stop on our 10day Road-trip. We couldn't even believe how nice this was for the inexpensive cost. Great area too. The host Mitzi made check in/check out so easy. On a scale og 1-5, i give 10!! neighborhood

Such an awesome condo! Close enough to the beach to walk but far enough away you are not in the middle of all the hustle. Very nice place very clean and organized!

Absolutely Perfect VB Getaway at Winny's Place! A True 10/10!

Our stay at Winny's Place was nothing short of perfection! We genuinely could not have been happier with our Virginia Beach experience here. The location is unbeatable – just steps away from a few nice bars and restaurants, making exploring a breeze. The condo itself was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked with every amenity we could possibly need. What truly set this stay apart was Mitzi; she was an exceptional host, incredibly communicative and wonderfully accommodating, especially when we had car trouble and arrived late. It's crystal clear why Winny's Place boasts a 10 out of 10 rating – it earns every single point. We wholeheartedly recommend it!"

Really Nice Home

We really like the property and all the extra touches like the fully stocked kitchen and fruit, crackers, and cookies and coffee that the landlord left. The property is very nice and modern and up-to-date and spacious for my husband, son, in laws and me. The only minor thing is just be cautious when walking around the side of the second floor bed as the back corners stick out a little so be careful to not run into them. Everything was absolutely perfect though

Wonderful Stay!

Super cozy and clean! Within walking distnance of food and drink. Everything you need is stocked for you in the condo. Beds were very comfortable. An enjoyable stay to be sure!

Great stay in Virginia Beach

The place is perfect—clean with a nice kitchen and comfy bed (we only used the King). It was also well stocked with even fruit and cookies!The boardwalk and excellent restaurants are within easy walking distance.There is some major construction nearby, which means driving and walking directions need to adjust. But, far enough away that there is NO noise, so it is not really a problem at all.

Amazing house

I came down with a friend and our daughters for their gymnastics competition and this house was perfect for us! Super clean and it had everything we could have needed. And the location was perfect as well! Would definitely recommend!

Great Stay!

In town to visit family, had a great stay at this condo! Location was as advertised, close to the beach, also across the street from an excellent brewery. Excellent communication with the owner made checkin and checkout very simple. Mitz thought of everything, place is very well stocked with anything you'll need to enjoy your stay.

Great location, clean & pet friendly

Great pet friendly rental. Lots of room for dog cage and pet beds. Dogs did not go nuts sniffing every surface when we entered which shows that it didn’t just look clean, it was . We didn’t use the second floor bedroom but the top floor was comfy and the balcony was plenty big enough for us and the two dogs. We had great walks to the farmers market, coffee shops, beach, lake and commune daily..

Exceeded Expectations

Such a beautiful and comfy place to stay and so accommodating to our two little dogs too. We couldn't get the coffee pot to work and I let Mitzi know and she was there within minutes to resolve the issue (on Christmas Eve nonetheless!!) And we cant forget the sweet lady next door who made us Christmas cookies and brought gifts for all of us, including our dogs! Such a great experience. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

Best Little Spot in VA Beach

Very cool location. Close to beach, shops, coffee and restaurants. The condo is updated and well appointed. The owner/manager is local and easy to communicate with.

Great for people & pups!🐕

We rented this condo to be close to the beach and good joints. Our pups were welcome in the condo and on the beach. They enjoyed their stay and went with us to restaurants and “ watering holes” and were welcomed by all The condo was well equipped and organized as well as very clean. WE DECIDED TO TURN IT INTO A SEASONAL RENTAL BECAUSE WE WANTED TO SHARE IT WITH PEOPLE THAT APPRECIATE FUN, ARTSY LIFESTYLES, JUST LIKE WE DO. THIS CONDO IS IN THE NEW "VIRGINIA BEACH VIBE" DISTRICT. SWEET LITTLE SHOPS, RESTAURANTS, AND BUSINESSES OF ALL SORTS (SURF SHOPS, COFFEE SHOPS,ETC...) ARE POPPING UP EVERYWHERE IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. WE COULDN'T BE MORE EXCITED! WE HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE SEASONAL RENTAL BUSINESS, AND TAKE A LOT OF PRIDE IN PROVIDING ANY AND EVERYTHING THAT WE BELIEVE A GUEST WOULD NEED TO ENJOY THEIR VACATION. WE LIVE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, AND ARE VERY HANDS-ON OWNERS THAT ARE HERE TO HELP IN ANY WAY THAT WE POSSIBLY CAN. WE HAVE A GOLDEN RETRIEVER NAMED "WINNY". ( OUR PRIDE AND JOY!!!) WE STAY BUSY WITH OUR CAREERS. I AM A LOCAL REALTOR, AND KEN IS IN SALES ALSO. WHEN WE ARE NOT WORKING, WE CAN BE FOUND RIDING OUR BIKES, BOATING, AND OF COURSE,... WE ARE A COUPLE OF BEACH BUMS. COME STAY IN OUR BEAUTIFUL CONDO. YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!
