Why “work from home” when you can virtually StayAndPlay Today in this gorgeous townhome that is spacious and very well cared for. Designed for in-between home buyers, rental transition, or just destination extended explorers. Home looks and feels brand new. Very close to shopping and dining. Less than 5 minutes from the Old Mill district, Deschutes River, and more. Located off of Reed Market Road.

More details will be provided prior to your stay. All 3 outdoor ring cameras will be actively recording during a reservation. There is 1 ring doorbell, 1 ring security camera outside garage door, and 1 security camera outdoor in the backyard. There are no indoor security camera on premises. Any attempt to disconnect connection to these security devices may result in additional fees. There are 3 actual bedrooms on the middle floor (all with their own beds). On the top bonus area third level floor there are 2 more beds (2 full). There are also hide-a-beds in both first floor sofa/couches.

Modern and convenient property; Thoughtful host

We loved our stay at this property. It was well maintained and the host was responsive and thoughtful in all of our communications - genuinely there to offer hospitality and make sure we had a good stay. The location is pretty central and it was easy for us to drive to any part of town, and the mountains for skiing and sledding. Would stay here again!

Wonderful property

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The home is beautiful with everything needed. The listing was accurate. The bicycles in the garage were a huge hit!!

In town for wedding

The house was perfect! 4 separate sleeping spaces, house provided extras like condiments, spices, and other basic conveniences. Loved riding bikes and enjoying hot tub as well. Owners were very easy to communicate with and timely in answering questions. Would definitely recommend!

Mt Bachelor ski trip.

Very good location. Easy access to Bachelor, town and airport. Only complaint would be the downstairs temp is a bit cool but necessary otherwise the upstairs bedrooms would get too hot. It might be nice to have some access to a few blankets in the living room.

Nice gem

We felt this property was a good bargain. We stayed with two of my teenage daughters, and one of their teenage friends. All of them had their own rooms/bed😊. The property was clean, kitchen well stocked and the listing was accurate. We went to ski so it was a little out there as far as getting to the mountain, but worth it as it was a quiet neighborhood and a bit cheaper than some of the more expensive listings with that many bedrooms and beds. the host was awesome and readily available. Little things such as shampoo/body wash and hairdryers and plenty of towels were available. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.😊.

Convenient Location

Quiet but in the middle of Bend. Location makes accessing all parts of town so incredibly easy. Enjoyed our stay!

Great getaway

A group of eight women stayed at this lovely property and we had plenty of room. Very spacious and the decor was very inviting. The only drawback was parking which we were aware of but other than that if you are looking for a cute spacious property this is the place

Everything and more !

The property exceeded our every expectation. We stay in Bend often and will never stay anywhere else again. Very clean and upscale. Everything we could want or need was provided. The owner was an absolute pleasure from start to finish too.
