Our spacious and beautifully remodeled chalet conveniently positions you in the heart of Breckenridge within a short walk to the Quicksilver Lift on Peak 9 and Breckenridge's Main Street and award winning restaurants. Relax in elegance after a day's skiing with après by the fireplace in the spacious living room, on the deck with your private hot tub or head to the heated pool with the kids!

You'll be living in luxury with a cozy gas fireplace, private deck with a hot tub, shared heated pool and vaulted ceiling in our spacious living room. Your family will love “hanging in” in this fully remodeled well-lit open floor plan featuring a brand-new modern kitchen. Rest in our spacious 3 bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom. There are two spaces for parking, one of which is in a heated garage. You’ll be able to slip your feet into warm boots after heating them up with our boot warmer! We also have a washer/dryer to keep things clean during your adventure in Breckenridge!

We loved it all! Zach is a great host. The house is beautiful, super well maintained, has a wonderful private hot tube and is a 5 minute walk from the lift and Main Street.

Great Ski Location

As advertised. Nicely appointed with a lot of items needed for staying. Kitchen was fully equipped and had extras like compliment of spices. The recent updating to the upper level was very nice. We’ll likely rebook for next season.

Perfect!!

The townhouse was perfectly situated between the slopes and access to Breck's Main Street shops and dining. The upstairs has been beautifully updated with a well stocked kitchen and great family gathering area. We especially enjoyed the awesome hot tub after a day on the slopes. The split level (master on top floor and 2 other bedrooms on lower level) was perfect for family with teenagers/young adults. The in-home access to laundry was a bonus as well was the heated garage with boot dryer! Had a wonderful vacation at this lovely home!

Really exceptional unit - we had babies to 70yos

Lovely condo, easy access to peak 9 and town (walk everywhere). Very comfortable home and beds. Like every unit in Breck the home had 2 small sets of stairs but we had a cheap-o wooden compression baby gate that worked perfectly to keep our 1yo off the stairs. Nice neighbors. And the development pool and private hot tub were awesome. Kitchen was thoughtfully equipped, without being cluttered. My wife said it was her favorite rental yet. Management company was very responsive. Will 100% rent again.

As close to ski-in ski out as you can get!

We stayed here for four nights in the beginning of March. 5 adults and this place had plenty of space. It is updated, clean and convenient. This is a great price point for the accommodations and the location. The ski lift is literally 5 minutes WALKING with all your equipment. It was a breeze. After a long day of skiing the spacious private hot tub of the back deck was a huge plus (the hot tub probably could fit 6 comfortably and 7 for a tight fit). It was great to walk across the street and be right in downtown Breckenridge. Zach was a great host, very accommodating. We knew it was a stretch and we weren't expecting to be able to check in early and out late (due to our arrival and departure from Breck). But he was able to check us in A few hours before and same with checking out. The house has some trees in the backyard and it has much more of a view than other townhouses in the area. The garage is heated and has a warming rack for your boots. We can't wait to go back and highly recommend this rental property!

Great location and amazing host

The location of this townhome is great. Very close to downtown and the silverchair ski lift. The home itself was beautiful and spacious. My family and I enjoyed it a lot. Zach was also very helpful and even was able to help us during the winter storm to get an extra night stay because our flights got cancelled. Highly recommend both the location and Zach!
