Talk about location: Easy strolling distance to the Peak 9 base area and downtown Breckenridge, or walk across the street to the free shuttle stop for even easier transportation around town! Private hot tub, large cozy living area, a heated one-car garage 
 this place checks all the boxes for a great Breck vacation. You, your family and friends are going to love it!

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome works great for families or groups of up to eight, and with three “suite” bedrooms with private bathrooms, it’s perfect multiple families or couples to share. The living area is spacious with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light to flood the home and take advantage of the views of the surrounding mountains. Throw in a gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV, and you’ve got the ideal place to brag about your day on the slopes or catch a movie!

The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters and everything you need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining room table seats six, and there’s room for four more at the kitchen counter. And, just off the living area is a deck with a private hot tub!

This home also boasts a huge master suite with mountain views, a private heated one-car garage, an in-unit washer/dryer and access to the Upper Village Pool complex with seasonal heated outdoor pool & hot tubs. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Our bed was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were very nice and clean.This townhome is within easy walking distance of downtown and the trails. It could use new carpet and the hot tub water wasn’t crystal clear.Overall we would gladly rent this unit again. It has a nice open layout and lots of windows!

Family Trip

You cannot find a better location in Breckenridge for any time of year. The townhome was exactly as pictured and very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with lots of room to socialize with extended family and friends. Breckenridge is the perfect location in Colorado for family fun.

A very cozy vacation

We were truly blown away by this beautiful townhouse. Just a fact every room had its own bathroom made it very comfortable to stay in but beyond that it was a beautiful big living room with a great balcony. The hot tub was amazing and ready for us to use at any moment. We really enjoyed it. No matter what we needed. They were available to talk to and would be there at any moment if we needed them we will definitely be staying in this unit over and over again in the future.

Great central location!

Plenty of room for 3 couples! Close enough to walk to most Breck offerings. Kitchen was fully stocked with pans, dishes, glasses and more! Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. Enjoyed the hot tub and games too. Visited community pool one day, key didn’t work but another guest let us in. Great family vacation!

Great location and size, but a few problems...

Pros: Heated garage with garage access, location close to main street, shops and shuttle, private hot tub, large gas fireplace, nice decor. Cons: Hot tub not working first 2 days of our stay, no dedicated hot tub towels (had to use bath towels and keep washing), downstairs bedrooms stayed very hot and no downstairs thermostat or means to adjust temp, worn out pots and pans, worn out dishwasher.

Roof construction

Me and my husband and 2 kids traveled from NJ to Colorado during our spring break. We were looking forward to a peaceful vacation during early spring in Breckinridge. We were NOT told that there would be roof construction occurring on the property during our stay. Everyday, there was loud noise, construction workers, construction vehicles, and massive amounts of material scattered in the parking lot. We did not feel safe letting our kids walk to the pool in their bathing suits. If we were told about the construction, we could have easily stayed at a different property.

Ski In/out at Peak 9!

Very close to the lift and the house had all of the amenities that you would need on a winter get away. Enough beds to accommodate the group and was furnished with everything we needed except for coffee mugs. It only had 5 mugs available so we had to share a bit in the morning. Property was very clean with a hot tub right outside the back porch for easy access and convenience. Dining and living area was furnished to fit the entire group without any issues. Fire place was nice and they also provided humidifiers for each room, although one was not working properly. Property management was very professional and very helpful with requests and questions. Overall very satisfied with the stay and I would definitely rebook for our next trip to breckenridge!

Very disappointing, great location and potential, but very tired property

The property has potential for a great stay but that was it, it was very disappointing and we would not recommend it. There is much nicer places in the area for similar costs. The condition of the property was of a very low standard. Loads of issues during the stay and although the management company "showed as if being proactive", barely anything was resolved (they only fixed the toilet, probably would have been extreme not to fix a toilet). When we arrived, toilet in Master was broken, dishwasher was broken, one of the dinning chairs was broken, hot tub not working properly, etc. One of the arm chairs has been removed so only seating for 4 people (we were a party of 5). Kitchen is very warn out, utensils of low quality etc. As importantly, one of the bed covers had a horrible dirty white stain and bathroom matts looked as they had not been changed, so we spend the first evening doing laundry. And lastly and as important if you have small children, there is no locking mechanism to lock the connecting door with the garage, which did not feel safe with small children downstairs. We rented this property as our family rented next door and the pictures and reviews looked great but were incredibly disappointed (could not be compared to next door house and the price was also higher), Summarising, we would not recommend this house at all, specially if you are travelling with small children and you are a party bigger than 4.

Should ahve been fixed before arrival

The property was great. However, the management group needs to get its act together. We are aware that check in time is 4:00 PM. However, for a Thursday check in it was likely that the unit was available earlier. No consideration was given to letting our group check in one hour early. Instead, it appeared that the computer was programmed to send a message at 4:00 PM without any human consideration. The unit needed work. The hot tub had so much ice around it and on the steps that it was unsafe to use. Additionally, the cleaning and inspection crew missed the four empty beer cans next to the hot tub. We had to order additional wine glasses as none were provided for a unit that accommodates eight. The spray attachment in the kitchen sink leaked and needed to be replaced. The kitchen sink clogged and needed clearing. The technician sent to fix things was cheerful and efficient. However, we were not on vacation to have things fixed that should have been taken care of before we arrived.
