Enjoy the spacious condo ski in/out condo at the base of Peak 7 ski area, which features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 balconies, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and easy access to the ski slopes. Beautifully remodeled in the 2022/3, all the flooring, beds & bedding, furnishings, fittings and smart TVs are brand new.

Bedroom / bathroom configuration:

- Master Bedroom - King bedroom, full bathroom, gas fireplace, private balcony
- Guest Bedroom 1 - King bedroom, private shower bathroom
- Guest Bedroom 2 - Twin over Queen bunk bed, shared shower bathroom
- Guest Bedroom 3 - King bedroom, private shower bathroom

As well as the onsite hot tubs, outdoor grilling area, fire pit and two ski lockers, our guests also have access to the fabulous amenities at One Ski Hill Place - indoor swimming pool, bowling lanes, theater room.

Crystal Peak Lodge guests can also take advantage of the dedicated on-demand shuttle service that is provided by the Breckenridge Mountain Masters Program

Ideal slope side property

You’d be hard pressed to find a nicer property right slope side. Independence super chair is right out the back door and equipment lockers are incredibly convenient. Amanda, the property manager, was available with any questions and we had an amazing stay.

Perfect Breck Luxury Retreat

My husband & I along with our son came up to Breck for a long weekend and profoundly enjoyed this beautiful Penthouse. Top-notch amenities, perfect location, & exceptionally convenient to ski hill. Great vacation on the slopes!

This condo was perfect for our group of 8! Plenty of space for all of us to reconnect and eat after a day on the slopes. There were convenient indoor lockers for our skis and boards that were mere steps away from the lift for peak 7. We also enjoyed the hot tubs just outside the fitness room. The host was very welcoming and fixed a minor problem immediately. Definitely would rent again!

7501 Crystal Peak Lodge Great Stay!

Had an absolutely amazing week in easily the nicest property I have ever used in Colorado that is ski in ski out. You are feet from a great lift on Peak 7 which has some of the best runs in all of Breckenridge and if not the easiest access to the best runs. We had an amazing time and will absolutely rebook! Thanks to the entire Summit Dreams Team!

Amazing property in perfect location

Our family loved our stay in this slope-side penthouse condo on Peak 7. Every amenity was perfect and the condo is tastefully appointed with premium furniture and decor. The two ski lockers just steps from the lift made it so easy to come and go from the skiing. The view from this unit is spectacular and the host Amanda was absolutely perfect. Already planning to stay again next year.

Beautiful property

The property is beautifully furnished. The building is easy to get in and out. Keep in mind that you only get one garage pass if contemplating bringing multiple vehicles. There is a paid parking garage nearby. The building has great amenities including a modestly outfitted gym. The steam room is excellent. The building location is perfect if you want to stay on the mountain and have quick and easy access to lifts. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fresh Powder Days at Breck

We have stayed at several rentals in the Breckenridge area over the years. This particular unit is by far the nicest and easiest we have ever experienced. The unit was immaculate and each of the 4 bedrooms had it's own bathroom. The kitchen is beautiful with all new appliances. Our living room and main bedroom overlook the lift on Peak 7. The restaurant on ground (Sevens) had great food and drinks. The weekend "rave" was a hoot...and never got out of hand. We enjoyed the people watching. We got 4-5" of new snow while there and the slopes were unmatched. Dress for wind...the lift lines are generally open. Stay here if you can.
