Located right within the epic Breckenridge Ski Resort, the aptly named Crystal Peak Overlook in the Crystal Peak Lodge will quickly become your favorite home away from home, a luxurious condominium right at the base of the ski resort. Here, you’ll find a cozy lodge environment in perfect harmony with the area’s natural alpine setting, with desirable amenities steps away from your front door. Guests will enjoy ski in/ski out access and a private stop on the gondola into town or the base of Peak 8, along with privileges to 2 sparkling indoor pools, a bubbling outdoor hot tub, fitness center and more right onsite or a short shuttle ride away.

The home’s interior is a picture of sophistication, where stately dĂ©cor and furnishings merge to create an atmosphere of both relaxation and connectivity. Sink into plush sofa seating in the living room as you stream all your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV, the fireplace creating a cozy ambiance in the cooler months. The open floorplan organically flows you into the fully equipped kitchen, showcasing stainless steel appliances, glossy granite countertops, and rich cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Gather together for formal dining at the circular table with seating for 7 or snag a high-top stool at the counter for 4 to enjoy more quick and casual bites. Perfect ski in and ski out location

Our stay was excellent. Location was perfect with Peak 7 Independence Superchair right outside. Underground parking, easy elevator access, workout gym
 everything easily accessible. Highly recommend this 3 BR condo.

Unbeatable location

True ski in/ski out condo. Beautiful unit with views of the chair lift. Shuttle bus made getting to town easy. Overall, we had a great stay and have 0 complaints.

Great Condo at base of Peak 7

Incredibly convenient ski-in, ski-out condo at base of Peak 7. Steps to Independence lift and Gondola. Responsive management. Very clean and comfortable. Great value ! Would definitely stay here again.

Prime location

We had great week long stay in Breckenridge. This unit right on Peak 7 looked out to the ski slopes and lift. It was a very large and very comfortable unit. I highly recommend this unit.

Summer retreat

Very comfortable property, plenty of room, great location and views. Kitchen well equipped. A welcome book with tips to get around and where to go would be a nice addition. Would definitely like to stay here again.

New Years 2025

Awesome place! Was a little bigger than we originally thought, which was nice.A true ski in and ski out, which you couldn’t beat. Just walk out back door of property and put your skis on.One suggestion, include 3 keys with property since it’s a 3 bedroom. Will definitely stay here again.

A great option for families/groups

The good: the property’s location and view are amazing. The space was great, two primary suites lend it to a great option for families and groups. The bad: the property has been worn down. The walls need repainted; the carpet, rugs, and couch are stained. The shower in one of the suites had a terrible fish smell, there was a clipped fingernail on the bathroom counter at check in - YUCK! The instructions to check in weren’t clear. We would stay again but hope the property and photos would match up a bit better.

Perfect Holiday Location

We stayed in this beautiful condo with our family over Christmas. We all traveled from 3 different cities in the US, converged upon Denver and drove up to Breckenridge for the best and most festive week ever. Our family has been coming to Breckenridge for over 20 years, this was our first time to stay at Crystal Peak and it won't be the last. We loved all of the amenities and the warm locker room, steps from the slopes can't be beat. Parking in the heated garage was also a big plus! This condo is truly beautiful. The beds and linens are very comfortable, the couch and fireplace very cozy and the kitchen extremely well stocked. We cooked several meals (including Christmas Day) and found all we needed and more. Two small observations and suggestions: the carpet in the family room could be refreshed and the kitchen could benefit from some new frying pans without scratches. However, neither of these things kept us from having a marvelous time. Thank you to all who made our stay so perfect!

what a great property!

This condo was very clean and spacious. Large bathrooms. Nature view from balcony. We did not realize until we got there, though, that there is no A/C. Beautifully decorated and maintained.
