Estate home can sleep 12: Main home listed here sleeps 10 and apartment (booked separately) sleeps 2. 16 acre private lot adjacent to Evergreen Country Club - a short walk across the backyard. Fabulous kitchen, large family and media rooms with HDTVs, comfortable furnishings, and new carpet. 10 foot ceilings and 8 foot doors for a grand indoor experience. Outdoor living area with spacious screened-in porch, large patio and outdoor fireplace area overlooking natural areas and deep water pond (with rope swing and dock)> Geothermal HVAC means noisy HVAC fans won't interfere with the outdoor experience.

In addition, a separate completely private basement apartment (Kitchen, 1 bedroom w/ queen, 1 bath, dining room, family room, fireplace, pool table, ping pong table) is available to add to your rental for an extra fee, bringing the total sleeping capacity to 12 people if needed. Pictures for apartment are not shown but can be provided.

Birthday with friends.

The pictures on line didn’t do the house justice. The setting was so beautiful and quiet. House very clean well stocked with everything you would need. Lots of relaxing space. The hosts were amazing and great to communicate promptly. We would all definitely stay here again should we travel to the Haymarket area. There was a lot to see and do so another trip could be in the making!

Lovely retreat

Best rental we’ve ever had. Perfect family retreat for one year old’s birthday party with his big brother and grandparents. The house does not feel like a rental property—more like staying with friends. Gorgeous details and fresh flowers. Outdoor space was relaxing. 4 year old learned to kayak and loved toasting marshmallows. The grill was easy to use and we ate outside every meal and enjoyed outdoor fireplace. Screened porch was a cozy space during an afternoon rainstorm to watch the clouds roll in. Lots of big rooms and extra space. Kitchen is stocked with all the cooking supplies you could need. Grocery is 10 minutes away. Leesburg animal farm is 20 minutes. We didn’t get to the pool—too much fun at the pond—but it was easy to get to and nice to know we had the option. Wouldn’t change a thing!

So so special

We loved the layout, the beautiful bedrooms, the incredibly comfy beds. We loved the living plants, and sitting around the island in the kitchen, having breakfast and coffee together. We loved running outside to the swing by the pond with the kids. That’s a really good swing! Definitely felt like a loved home. I’m so glad we were able to stay here! It was so hard to leave!

Awesome Golf Trip

What's not to like?? This property was amazing! The house was beautiful, very clean and certainly had plenty of space for the 4 couples on the trip. The outdoor space was just as nice with beautiful views of the pond and ample space around the fire which was well stocked with wood. Lance was very accommodating and was even able to get us tee times at Evergreen Country Club. I highly recommend this property.

Family Reunion

Before we booked we met with Tina Boyd and she gave us a wonderful walk-around tour and answered all our questions. Just a great property, the pond, the woods, overall. We had a barbecue in the afternoon, and wood fire in the evening with the lights nicely scattered above us. Kitchen is fantastic and we made good use of it. Especially as the connection to the living room made conversation and interaction easy. Everyone loved it, being both remote and accessible made it just right for us.

Amazing property, incredible hosts!

This property was AMAZING! Lance was very responsive and helped make our stay an absolute success. We hosted an executive offsite dinner at the property, which we informed them about ahead of time (15 guests, timing, etc.) and they were so helpful. Tina & Lance even suggested the caterer (Black Garlic) - and they were top notch. The house is in fantastic condition and has everything that you could possibly want or need. We even took advantage of the beautiful outdoor fireplace to decompress and just enjoy the scenery. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone - business travelers (like our group), family reunions, weddings, romantic getaways - literally anything you could think of. It's a gorgeous property in an idyllic location with hosts that really listen to you and want you to have an awesome time!

I am not laughing, you are. I cant make this up!

We booked this property because the accommodations looked amazing, the location was perfect, and the yard was conducive to a friend's birthday/field day event we hold on an annual basis. Our Field day birthday party consists of corn hole, frisbee, tag, kickball, bounce house relays, etc. All outdoors, nothing inside of a home. When we arrived, the property met our expectations, but minutes after we arrived and began setting up our outdoor games, the owner called us to let us know they were watching us on camera and saw a dog. First, the dog was not in the house, second, the dog was not staying the night, and third, the dog is a certified therapy dog. In fairness to the owner, there was a no pet policy and when I booked the home, I was not aware our friend was planning to bring the dog. So we apologized and our friend took the dog home. We continued our outdoor field day and within an hour the owner drove up to the property screaming explicative and demanding we leave the premises with threats of the police being called. We tried to de-escalate the situation, but this man was out of control and would not stop screaming and shouting. We packed up our things and left the premises. We are now in the process of disputing our charges since we had not done anything to warrant this behavior. While we cannot recommend this property for so many obvious reasons, the main reason being, the owner is absolutely unreasonable, difficult to work with, and lacks complete disregard to listen or understand. We would like to acknowledge the next door neighbor (who saw this injustice) of this property. She was kind, considerate, and invited us to finish our field day in the safety of her yard. Where we pressed on despite being threatened on no proper ground. Props to Sheila! She’s awesome!

Gorgeous Home for Local Getaway

My sister and her family were visiting from England and we wanted a larger space to accommodate us. This home is absolutely gorgeous!! All of the bedrooms are super spacious, the bathrooms are beautiful and the kitchen is amazing and stocked full with everything you may need. Tina and Lance thought of every detail when designing this home. The views are stunning and incredibly peaceful. My husband and I were still able to commute to work for a couple of days due to the proximity of this home to our work. Our family made some beautiful memories here and we would highly recommend staying here!

Middleburg Wine Country Charmer!

Absolutely gorgeous property and the perfect location in the heart of Middleburg's wine country. We chose this for a girls' getaway reunion, for its proximity to vineyards, restaurants, and shops. The chef's kitchen nearly made us reverse our plans and spend the weekend cooking together instead. Indoor and outdoor space are ample and thoughtfully appointed. Surprisingly close to Northern Virginia and Washington DC, for access to Wolf Trap , Kennedy Center, and museums. Recommend Dulles Access Road rather than 66 for those making that drive. Some gentle improvements - a printed copy of house rules and check-out procedures similar to a guest services book in hotels (regret if we overlooked) along with area maps or brochures of local wineries. Easier for larger groups to peruse vs cell phones. And, an extra outdoor trash can for wine bottles that had a sneaky way of multiplying. Thanks so much, Lance and Tina.

We could not have been happier with this property. The owners were incredibly friendly, responsive, and great to work with. We rented their home to celebrate Christmas and the festive decor throughout the home was magical and much appreciated! Thank you Lance and Tina for letting us use your home.

Private and comfortable, with many bedrooms that are well furnished and multiple living room spaces so people can spread out. The house has recently been updated with new carpet in 2021, furniture, media, etc. Access to golf and tennis at private Evergreen CC available with advanced notice and subject to availability.
