Condo has a dedicated free wi-fi internet router providing high speed internet for those who wish to work with a view.

Large private condominium apartment at the resort condominium complex on the beach in sunny Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. 1 bedroom with private attached bathroom. 2nd bathroom down the hall with shower, large living area, dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar. Beach chairs, pool/beach towels, full size appliances including air conditioning and washer dryer. Really, just hit the grocery store and you are set for the week!

General Info:
The Maui Sunset is located on over 5 acres of oceanfront at Kihei which is considered one of the best locations on the Valley Isle. Kihei is noted for its year-round sunshine, balmy trade winds, and soothing evening air. It is one of the driest and sunniest areas on the entire island, averaging only 10 inches a year! World famous swimming and snorkeling beaches are minutes away. Many sandy safe beaches at Kihei and nearby Wailea. Just a short distance (6 miles) from five championship 18-hole resort golf courses at Wailea and Makena. The two buildings frame and protect a large recreational area that is carefully attended and landscaped. The 60-foot swimming pool with its broad decks and abundance of pool furniture invites you to improve on your tan.

Our stay in the Maui sunset vacation rental was amazing. The sunsets were amazing and the location close to the beach was great. We had everything we needed in our condo and had a wonderful time.

Good property, well maintained.

Nice property and staff. Ground floor was fantastic and stocked with everything we needed. Beach adjacent to property is ok. Located next to public park, have to deal with rude locals and transients that frequent the park who hate visitors. Would recommend staying in resort areas to avoid local transients.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Where should we begin. Upon driving up to Maui Sunset we knew we loved the location and the appearance of the grounds. Check in was a breeze and our condo...condo's (4) were all ready for move in. We had one bedroom condo's for each family and the space was perfect. Master suite, family room with Murphy bed and pull out sofa, thus sleeping six easily. The two bathrooms were a great asset as well. The kitchen was well equipped and the washer/dryer was so need to overpack. The grounds were manicured to perfection and were never unkept the entire month we were there. Our condo on the first floor was our gathering place for dinners and the kids absolutely loved playing in the huge yard and the ease of getting to the pool. Many mornings we had breakfast on our lanai and pulled over a picnic table from the yard for our overflow of family, and every evening for dinner. Due to our staying longer than planned we did move from 111 to 115, which both were great. Each condo had a front closet with beach toys, beach chairs, some had board games and books. Plenty of beach towels in each condo. The pool and hot tub were so clean and warm...even in January. A very short walk to the beach was very rewarding and the kids loved being in the sand and surf. The gas grills were right in the center of the grounds and we used them several times as did others...all they ask is that you clean them after you use them, plus they scrub them also. The parking was plentiful, as we did have four cars, and an actual area to rinse the car and beach gear was right there also.The location was about 1/2 hour from Lahaina which was perfect. We were in a quiet area yet close to all the grocery, drug stores and restaurants you could want. The best beaches were within a couple of miles from us and we tried to do a different one often. I can't imagine a nicer place to stay than Maui Sunset. The location, cleanliness, professional staff were perfect.
