Maui Sunset #B-513 is a fifth floor 1 bed, 2 bath Beachfront Breathtaking view and a freshly renovated Condo. Maui Sunset #B-513 has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, all stainless appliances include an induction/convection range, Bosch dishwasher. New front load washer and dryer. King-size bed with luxury linens. Solid eucalyptus wood flooring throughout. In the living room enjoy the Queen size sofabed, complimentary wireless high speed internet, Netflix, Smart TV with an extensive variety of cable TV channels, phone and answering machine free long distance to anyway in North America. This one-bedroom condo has a heavenly king-size bed, and 2 bathrooms. For outdoor enjoyment, Maui Sunset #B-513 supplies beach chairs, beach towels, beach towels, and a cooler. Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Perfect Location

Great location for access to the SW part of Maui. The pool is wonderful and an important reason for selecting this property. The room was well furnished and clean.

We can’t say enough about our stay at this top notch property. We had everything we need and more right down to the lime squeezer for our margaritas! These owners have thought of everything for our stay. Even the tall lanai furniture allows you to see over the railings for an unobstructed ocean view. There never was a problem getting a lounge chair at the pool and the ice machine was perfect for keeping our beverages cool. The beach out front is perfect for a romantic beach walk. We are coming back next fall for sure! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

Beautiful Condo

I would highly recommend this property. My husband and I visited Maui to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The condo was very clean and had beautiful furnishings. We enjoyed sitting out on the lanai with its great views!!

Vicki was great to communicate with before and during our stay. We really appreciated all the beach gear (chairs, fins, snorkel, towels, etc) she provided. The location isn’t near very much so we ended up renting a car to get where we needed, but we appreciated the quietness of a noemal neighborhood

Great spot on Maui. Reminds me of many Hawaii rentals as a child with my family
in a good way. Very well stocked kitchen equipment. Beach stuff on the closet. Friendly quirky staff on the grounds taking care of everything. Amazing pool. Loved it. Will be back.

Improvements Needed

Pillows for the pullout couch were disgusting.Go to Walmart and get some new ones (4 should be available Mattress on pullout was poor (did not offer proper support) Pillowcases were less than satisfactory Sheets were borderline Bathmat in front bathroom is disgusting (In this climate should be a plain flat mat) Every condo we have ever rented has had first day complimentary coffee. You offered nothing. The patio is for sitting and lounging. Your high table furniture does not allow for that. Very disappointing! 74 of 76 patios that were in view had proper lounging furniture. Get with the program. The decor could really use some upgrading The check in could have been bad.. The lock box at the office is no longer in use. The security guy (who I was fortunate enough to run into at the pool) did not have a key or instructions about our arrival. Fortunately he was able to access a key at the office (I appreciated his kind help and friendliness - especially at 11:30 at night) Household items were quite satisfactory We appreciated the washer and dryer Billed as a luxury penthouse it no way came up to its billing I do not like to sound so negative but some serious thought has to be given to upgrade to match your claim

Great condo for a family visit to Maui

We loved it here. Vicki was great to work with, emailed a couple of times with questions and she promptly replied. We loved the location, the view from the balcony, the grounds were absolutely beautiful. Loved the pool and hot tub. Nice little walk to the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

Total relaxation

Comfortable condo with exceptional amenities. Loved being able to walk for groceries and B2C services. Difficult if not impossible to swim at nearby beach but lovely to sit, enjoy the ocean and try to spot turtles. As avid swimmers, would recommend a drying rack for lanai to hang wet suits and towels. Not possible to view sun setting from lanai but a gorgeous view is a few steps away at the beachhead. Leaving lanai door, Louvres on house door and bedroom window open a bit provided cooling ocean breezes negating need to use AC. Mahalo.

Great view and location!

The condo was as described and better. The beach equipment really came in handy. The pool and grounds are very well kept. It was just wonderful to be able to walk on the beach at any time! The only issue was with the humidity it was sometimes hard to cool the place down with just the wall air conditioners, but a small price to pay for the great experience. I hope to return.

the condo was great with a great view. the king size bed I think needs to be replaced. It would have nice to know that they were going to that they were going to thatch the lawns. These are small items for a great stay

Everything as advertised and then some!

Host was very accommodating. Property was nice extremely well cared for. The unit had all the nice little upgrades to make our stay that much more enjoyable. Location was great for getting anywhere in island and the turtles sleeping right on our beach was an added bonus! Perfect for couple of family with small children.

Le Penthouse

The #1 reason I chose this unit was for the KING bed. Not only that but it was a pillow top which made our stay heavenly. More Owners need to make sure the bed is NOT FIRM. The unit was updated and had everything we needed. I would stay there again in a heartbeat 💓
