We are so sorry you were inconvenienced during your stay! We always strive to make every guest stay as perfect as possible, inspecting every property twice between every departure/arrival. Our staff are human of course, and so even if we hit 95%, that still leaves some issues from time to time for guests to contend with. Thanks so much for staying with Mammoth Five Star Lodging! Great location, short walk to village. Downstairs bedrooms are very dark, but upstairs living room is bright & has ample room for everyone to hang out.

We are glad this guest enjoyed their stay! We always strive to make every guest stay as perfect as possible, inspecting every property twice between every departure/arrival, because delivering our best for your trip is always our mission. Mammoth homes are often constructed with the main living areas on the upper floors to get as much daylight as possible. Lower floors can be extra shaded or snowed in in the winter. This is pretty common across all Mammoth area construction (including my home). We are available pre-booking to help ensure you book the best property for you, but travelers need to be an active participant in that process. If a particular feature or amenity is important to you, please contact us pre-booking to confirm the property you are considering will meet your needs. Our staff is available by phone, email or text messaging 7 days/week 9am - 6pm (Pacific) at 866 Mammoth.

Awesome Spot

We stayed here for a weekend at the beginning of May for some spring skiing.. this spot was perfect for 4 adults and 2 small pups. It’s a short drive to the main lodge. It’s super clean, super cozy, and has a nice little fireplace. One thing we loved about it, it was SO quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

The entire process was very easy, I appreciated the management company. The location is great for hitting the slopes, right next to a blue line bus stop or a very short walk to the gondola - we did both. The upstairs main living room is perfect for hanging out in.The jacuzzi is in a weird location that was very unwelcoming, so we past on that. I also wish more places would just stock salt, pepper and cooking oil. This was still a 5 star value and would recommend (unless a jacuzzi is a highlight for you)

Excellent location and very nice property

This condo is perfect. The living area is spacious. Everything that the pictures showed was accurate. Check in was easy. I got a late checkout by following the procedures and requesting the day before. It is not always possible to check out late but we were fortunate. We were very happy with our stay.

Fantastic experience!

I booked this property for my girlfriend’s birthday to spend a weekend in mammoth snowboarding. The space was large, clean and the instructions were very clear on how to operate everything. The unit was also walking distance to the Village Lodge and redline to the mountain making it super easy to snowboard each day. I would highly recommend booking with Megan in the future!

MLK weekend stay

What a great spot! Location was perfect to take gondola to Canyon, be able to walk to village for food at night. The ski room was a great touch by the front door. Customer service was excellent, the coffee maker wasn’t working so they dropped off a new one a little later that day. The common space and kitchen were big but cozy. Limited tools in the kitchen but as expected for a rental. Would definitely stay again!
