Our spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath Condo is located in Ocean City, Maryland on 112th Street in the Rainbow high-rise and is convenient to everything O.C. has to offer! Wake up to the sunrise and hear the waves break from your bed in this 10th floor condo.

Unlike many other condos with pools, decks, or parking between your balcony and the beach, our unit is the closest in the building to the ocean, so there is nothing between you and the waves other than beaches and dunes. The pictures of the beach included in our preview pictures showcase the view you'll enjoy directly from our balcony.

What makes The Rainbow unique is its closeness to everything that O.C. has to offer while being situated on a family friendly beach near 112th street combined with the building outdoor pool and large sundeck for relaxing. Evenings are calm and quiet at The Rainbow. It's easy to get lost in the sound of the waves, and you won't be bothered by road noise, loud bars, or rambunctious partying on our private balcony.

We take a lot of pride in helping our guests have a great time. After you book, we'll provide you with both of our mobile phone numbers and email addresses so that you can get in touch with us any time during your stay to ask questions or solve any problems you have.

**PLEASE READ THESE IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE BOOKING**

(1) WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED: Everything is provided for your stay EXCEPT for bed linens (sheets/pillow cases), bath/shower/beach towels, and personal toiletries. We do, however, provide comforters and blankets for all beds. Guests must bring linens for beds they plan to use. If you cannot bring your own, there are several local rental companies (e.g., EZ Beach Rentals). Please let us know and we can coordinate access to the condo.

(2) AGE REQUIREMENTS: We do not rent to "Senior Week" Groups or other High School/College Groups. Minimum rental age is 25. We cannot make exceptions to this policy. The primary renter must be staying at the unit during the entire rental period.

(3) LOUD NOISE / PARTY RESTRICTIONS: This rental is NOT suitable for loud parties, such as bachelor and bachelorette parties, or other loud events. The building is a family-friendly building and the expectation is that groups will be reasonably quiet when it is dark outside. Small groups of people are fine to book here as long as all members of the party understand that loud partying / noise that disturbs other units will not be tolerated and may result in eviction with no refund of security deposit or unused rent.

(4) PARKING: Our unit has two reserved parking spots (one under the building). Between Memorial Day weekend and Sep 30, there is a $35/vehicle CASH registration fee paid to the building upon arrival. Additional parking may be available, which you may inquire about when you arrive.

(5) RENTAL LENGTH: During the on-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day each Summer) we rent Saturday-to-Saturday. For the rest of the year the minimum rental period is 2 nights.

FYI - we block the next Summer (June, July & August) availability to allow current renters the option to book the same weeks the following year. If we find out sooner that the current year guest does not want the same week the following year we will open it as available early. Please let us know if you want to be notified when a week opens up.
