Great Vacation!!

When we arrived at the condo, it gave a relaxing feeling. It was very clean, and welcoming with big windows to look over the ocean. My family and I hated that we had to leave. This is the place be if you’re looking for something peaceful.

Accommodations were as described and comfortable. Due to difficult access and availability, we found it easier. to park across from hotel with no issues. Would recommend this unit to others. Short drive to most attractions / eating

Nice stay but not again

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean and had everything we needed,(except a dryer) including box fans for the bedrooms which was wonderful. The on-site indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi was great for the kids. The one thing that will make us not come back to this location was the amount of times employees entered our condo. We are very private people and did not like the fact that 4 separate times in our 1 week stay we had people knocking at our door to come in, once even with a dog checking for bed bugs. It was odd to me to have so much traffic coming into our condo even as early as 9am with out notice. The dryer was also broken for our stay as well and was not fixed so I dried clothes on the porch. The back sliders rollers were also broken causing the door to be very difficult to open, which I mentioned but was dismissed saying that was normal. My children could not even open the door without assistance, and it was even hard for me taking two hands and alot of umph to get it to slide open.

Nice Place...Great Location

The 12th floor is great. Terrific view. Bonus flights by Pelicans and other birds right at eye level. We only used the king bedroom. Excellent bed. Storage is good. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Everything you will need. This building has very efficient elevators. Great location. Getting to Main Street is between 5 and 10 minutes. Excellent Beach.

Great and affordable condo rental

Enjoyable Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is spacious and clean. Could have used a couch pull-out bed, but otherwise plenty of sleeping space for a family of 5. Pools were not that large, but property was surprisingly not overcrowded for July and our kids had plenty of room to swim around. Beach a short walk down a ramp and was also not too crowded.

Reviewer Comments: All in all the room we rented was great, but didn't have anywhere for us to store food when we got there all cupboards were occupied by dishware pot and pans etc, which weren't in the best of shape and as if the last people didn't put all the effort into cleaning them. Other than that the room was clean and homey feeling, the staff was friendly and welcoming and was always willing to help us out in making our vacation better.

Very Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For most of our stay only one elevator was working. One day neither were working. My wife is handicapped and this was a great inconvenience for us. One day the building had no running water. The parking was awful. The spaces were too small and turning corners was very narrow. There are a lot rules you must follow that we feel were a bit much. We will not be returning and feel we should be compensated for all the inconveniences we experienced during our stay.

Excellent Trip

Reviewer Comments: Very relaxing trip which was aided by this condo and the pool and lazy river. Our kids had a great time with the indoor pool when they needed to get out of the sun for a little while. The parking garage is a bit of a nightmare at first trying to get around the extremely tight turns but you get used to it and it gets easier as the week goes on. It is a little older/outdated but it is still very nice and had everything needed to make the vacation special. Remember to get wristbands from the rental company as they are needed to sue the pool and we never received ours. We were hounded a little every day but were able to talk to them and explain we didn't get them and we never had any issues. We could have driven back and received them but we always forgot about it when we were out in the evenings.

Best views of the beach!!

We wished we could have stayed a little longer. We had 5 glorious days of peace and rest. The amenities were wonderful and the beach was so near, you could hear the waves crashing. Everything to include restaurants, shopping and entertainment were just a few streets away. Planning for another stay very soon.

Great location and beach but too many rules and threats of fines.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Luckily we stayed here in May when it was still below 80 degrees. We usually like to have the thermostat around 68 or so and the book of all the rules says not to go below 72 degrees or you may freeze up the AC, which you will then have to pay the repair bill. If anything is lost there’s a fee for that also. The fan in the master doesn’t move any air to cool the room. If you just need a fan for the noise it’s the fan for you. We went to the store and bought a fan for my son’s room I guess we should have bought two. There’s only two chairs on the balcony. The pools and hot tubs were great and it was probably the best stocked kitchen supplies we’ve had in a condo. The lighting in the master bathroom was not very bright so if you like to apply makeup good luck. The light in the shower sometimes comes on but often does not. Light bulbs were left in a drawer for you to replace but we couldn’t figure out how to get to it so we just put up with it. Finally the book of rules has to be returned to the rental office with everything they gave you or there’s a fine, then it takes 2 weeks to get your $300 check back in case you broke something or did not leave it the way it says. I’m ok with following rules but I think everyone should know about the AC rules and all the other things before booking this condo.

Weather was not the best but this Condo/Resort made up for it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We went for Spring Break and although the weather was not the best, we had a blast hanging in the inside pool, lazy river and hot tub. The location was awesome. This condo is clean, comfortable and the view is amazing. Loved waking up, sitting out on the patio and watching the sun rise. Also, Owners Direct was so great to work with and the lady in the office is the sweetest! We will for sure stay again! Thanks for a great week!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Oceanfront - how could you go wrong? The view was vast, at times breathtaking yet the condo owner was not prepared for renters. They allocated a section over the bureau to hang clothes leaving dresses and pants wrinkled. The bedrooms were stuffy, no windows, no ventilation. We had fans going on all night to stir the air. The kitchenette was small, very small with a small sink. The living room had a cheap small couch yet a comfortable chair. On the good side was as things broke down and small ants appeared in the bedroom, Owners Direct was responsive. Help was on the way almost immediately, sometimes within the hour!Seaside Resort staff were also terrific - supportive and accommodating.

Nice & Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay! We needed an indoor pool option and it was super nice, everything was clean & well kept. Pool towels were provided (less for me to pack). The breakfast was amazing & the staff were friendly and helped with anything we needed. Our unit was clean and just what we needed. We would definitely stay again at Seaside!

Super Clean Vacation

Extremely clean. Furniture is visually pleasing, but not comfortable. Very small appliances that worked well. Master shower has no water pressure, but the other bath does. Washing and Drying in unit is awesome. The view is great. The property is very well kept. Pool and hot tub are spotless. Wel will come back
