Great location. Easy beach and pool access close by. Place was great for a quiet ladies weekend trip. Simple and clean. Host was very kind and quick to respond to any questions or communications. Would definitely stay there again.

Great small family vacation property.

Property was clean, had modern amenities, and location was great. Anthony made check in process easy and if you had any questions he responded quickly. If you’re looking for a place in North Myrtle that’s steps from the beach, this is it.

Had a long weekend stay for the 4th. Great location, on the beach. Response from host was great and so was the cleanliness. Would recommend and stay again.

Basketball beach tournament

We took the grandkids for a ball tournament and stayed a couple days longer to enjoy the beach. We had a great time. Would stay there again!

Nice condo complex right on the beach in a very cute neighborhood of Cherry Grove. Enjoyed the stay a lot. Only recommendation wo7kd be to upgrade the decor a little bit.

It's the perfect spot if access to the beach is a must for you. The beach is in a residential area so it was always a great spot whenever we went out. Anthony is a great host, he responded to any questions promptly. The unit was clean and comfortable.

Hello Ashley, sorry to see your response. You did stay durung the end of bike week. Im not sure why the HOA was unreasonable, i am on the board and there are rules for the complex, mostly no smoking, no pets and NMB has an 11pm - 7am quite time law. Also not sure what you mean by "heads was hard". If you experienced any issues while you were there all you had to do was reach out. Never had a bad review before especially about HOA. Sorry for your dissatisfaction.

The property is a little dated, but the location is fantastic, the condo was very clean and the price was reasonable being located on the beach side of the street. As we are new owners we are slowing updating the condo in the last 2 year we have new couches, new mattresses, decor , TVs, washer/dry, microwave , kitchen supplies and new flooring through out. Great location and host

While not a "fancy" unit, we were very comfortable and enjoyed our month here. Beach was great and not crowded, even with Easter holiday. For most of our stay, my husband and I made the twin beds into a king and slept great. Family members used queen master and 10 year old grandson appropriated the comfy couch.This unit is in the middle and ground floor which was convenient and also helped keep it cool and quiet. Beach toys, chairs, etc are right outside the door. We especially enjoyed meals on the porch.Definitely don't miss Boulineau's IGA just a short ride away!Anthony was a great host, quick replies to questions and helpful suggestions for the area. A very good first visit to Myrtle Beach.

Had the worst experience ever with a rental We were not able to find parking, access to the rental was never provided, Host was unreachable and then VRBO expected us to pay for another place on our dime and expect us to be reimbursed a week or so later
