À propos de cet hébergement

Notre condo en bord de mer est bien entretenu. Vue spectaculaire sur l'océan Atlantique depuis le balcon spacieux, le salon et la chambre principale de notre unité au 4ème étage. Vous trouverez toutes les commodités de la maison dans notre maison bien aménagée, loin de chez vous. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Nous avons une laveuse et une sécheuse, 2 télévisions par câble, un accès Internet sans fil gratuit.

Master bedroom king, deuxième chambre queen, troisième chambre 2 lits jumeaux. Le salon et la chambre principale ont tous deux accès au balcon par des portes coulissantes en verre. Il y a aussi un bar. Ascenseur et parking au 4ème étage pour votre commodité. Vous constaterez que notre plage est exceptionnelle et pas trop fréquentée.

C’est un très bon emplacement, calme et sans le Grand Strand commercialisé. C'est un lecteur facile à toutes les attractions de divertissement, plus de 100 terrains de golf, centres commerciaux et restaurants le long du Grand Strand de Myrtle Beach. Accessible depuis les aéroports de Myrtle Beach ou de Wilmington (3 heures et demie de l'aéroport de Raleigh / Durham).

Serene View, Frustrating Stay

Pros: photos accurate, clean & comfortable, nice kitchen, view amazing, location/parking good, luggage carts helpful. Cons: no light above entry/keypad smeared with black marker so difficult to see tiny buttons, loud noises (similar to bowling alley) above like heavy items on rollers sliding around early AM and until after midnight most days, yappy dog barking starting 7:30 am each morning and into evening, no advance notice of pest control treatment 3rd Thursday of the month, no advance notice of kitchen garbage bags not provided, no management on-site and host's responses seemed uninterested and dismissive. Wonderful getaway.

We've been coming to the area for the last 9 years and the location of this unit is perfect for us. It's a short walk to the inlet, comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, and everything we needed for a quiet week away. Hosts were excellent to work with and communicated with us quickly. Perfect getaway

Property is at a perfect spot. You are far enough away from downtown to not have to deal with a bunch of people, but still within a few minutes of a drive to do whatever you want/need. Condo was spacious and clean. Was perfect for 5 adults and 2 children. Definitely will be back!

Family Vacation

The location was wonderful! It's the main reason why we chose it, because it was so close to the inlet. There were 6 of us that went, all 18 years and older. I would like to mention the room with the twin beds is extremely small for 2 people to share but if you have 2 young children sharing the room it's perfect. Everything else was wonderful!

Excellent!

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable. We loved the balcony which was roomy and location in Cherry Grove was great! The beach was not crowded and easy to access! Loved this unit. The only con is that there is only an indoor pool, nothing outdoor.

A great stay!

We loved this oceanfront property! The condo is very spacious and up to date. We love the beach area and the pool area! The property manager was very helpful during our stay and was quick to respond when we needed them. The beach area is very laid back and not crowded. This part of North Myrtle had some cute shops and restaurants but it was also a short drive into Myrtle Beach for some other restaurant options and fun things to do! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again upon returning to Myrtle Beach.

Perfect location and space

This is the 2nd summer in a row my family chose this condo for our family vacation. It’s quiet, plenty of space and ocean front. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time and look forward to booking again! Easy entry, perfect parking, beach is gorgeous and the owners very responsive and kind.

Great family vacation!

Very nice condo. Clean with all the cooking equipment you need to cook in. Also, having linens provided was a huge plus! Will definitely stay again! Wish list-Kids (young adults) complained that twin beds were not comfortable. And it would be nice to have a place outside to store beach stuff to help keep sand out of the condo. Overall had a wonderful time!

Relaxation

Arriving and accessing the property was a breeze. Loved parking on the same level as our condo. The condo was well stocked, beds were made and very comfy. Great view and got some wonderful sunrise pictures. Had great food and made new memories! Hope to rent again.

Nice location

Not a busy area, beaches were not packed, definitely enjoyed that aspect. Owner was quick to respond when there was a problem. We were on the 4th floor, which was convenient with parking. The only real negative was the cleanliness. It definitely needs a deep clean. Other than that, it was good and we had a nice time.

Great location and great condo. Only issue we had was with parking passes. The owner quickly responded. It was just hard to reach the office to get them. Overall excellent vacation.

Great Getaway!

The condo is as listed and the view even better. Perfect little spot for the week. It was clean, the parking absolutely cannot be beat… elevator worked and was fast. Location is simply amazing. The above the door hinge had some screws that were stripped and that did worry us, that the mechanism would fall and prevent us from getting back in. Aside from that, we had zero issues. We booked again for next year. I would but it if we could!!

Great condo

We had a great stay at Sea Pointe 403. The condo was clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed including a regular coffee pot as well as a Keurig. It has a wonderful view of the beach and is just a short walk up to the inlet. We would absolutely stay here again if returning to the area.

Week in Cherry Grove!🌞😎⛱

Nice condo. Lovely view. Looked like it had been sitting awhile. Not as clean as I would like. Repairs were going on at the building all week and wasn't enjoyable to be in condo.. super loud! Had to find things to do away from property M-F. Liked the condo though.

Overall a great location and wonderful stay

Our overall experience was good and we were appreciative for our stay. Great view of the ocean and comfortable balcony furniture. I would consider my husband and I pretty flexible with reasonable expectations and at the same time we were both surprised when we could not find dishwasher soap, kitchen trash bag liners, no hand towels, 1 kitchen dish towel and a trash can liner that did not look like it had been cleaned for quite a while and smelled badly. I’m trusting that this is not the norm and possibly an off week following the hurricane. Had these minor things been taken care of I would have given 5 stars all the way around.

Great place in a lovely area

Great place to stay in a lovely area. Easy access to both parking deck and beach from the condo. Condo was clean, comfortable, and as described. Kitchen is roomy and was well appointed with pots, pans, cutlery, and other cooking equipment. We particularly enjoyed having our home cooked meals on the private balcony overlooking the beach.

We are both optometrists in Marysville, Ohio. Tom grew up in Worthington, OH and attended Miami of Ohio for undergrad and OSU college of Optometry. Susan grew up in Ashland, OH and attended John Carroll University for undergrad and OSU college of Optometry. Our daughter is a 2009 Graduate of the University of Virginia and received her masters from UVA in 2011 and is now working in Dallas. She was a member of their Women’s golf team at UVA Our son graduated from Wittenberg University in 2012 and runs his own athletic skills training and fitness business Better Than Yesterday in Marysville, Ohio. We are huge Buckeye fans!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with this area from spending time at Susan’s parents’ condo next to Sea Pointe. Our family loves the beach, the ocean, and the gorgeous views from the balcony. All 4 of us play golf so to have direct access to the beach and hundreds of golf courses provides the perfect getaway for our family. We especially enjoy having our own “private beach” and the peacefulness of our area; and yet we totally enjoy having easy access to all the entertainment and restaurants. The weather is also a big draw for us Ohioans!
