Our home is a short walk to Tiger road stop for the free County bus that offers services to downtown Breckenridge, Frisco and Blue River. We are 1/2 mile from Breckenridge's Golf course.
During ski season, choose between downhill or cross country skiing, snowmobiling, sleigh rides, ice fishing among other activities Breckenridge has to offer. From November to April, the community operates a private ski shuttle (on the hour 8am-5pm) that will have you at the slopes or downtown shopping and dining in minutes!

The first floor offers a large kitchen and dining area, a mudroom, laundry room, a queen bedroom and a bathroom with a big shower. Our kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of counter space and all major appliances and cookware. Between the dining table and the bar, there is seating for 12 people! The inviting living room has a gas fireplace, cable and high speed Wi-Fi throughout the house.

The second floor offers 3 additional bedrooms and a loft all with mountain views. The generous master bedroom has a king bed, gas-fired woodstove, two 6 foot closets and en-suite full bathroom. There is also a roomy queen room and another bedroom with a fantastic bunk with twin XL over queen bed and a twin XL trundle bed stowed beneath the bed. The sturdy bunk was custom made for our home and is suitable for kids and adults. You will find the loft area next to the bunk room with cable tv, xbox 360, games etc.

Put your clubs away or hang your skis on the racks in our heated two-car garage and enjoy the beautiful private hot tub on our deck.
