Great property, super close to everything

We loved our stay at the French Street Cottage. It was very convenient to everything, and it had all the amenities we needed. It was also nice to have parking for two cars. Great option for a family or small group!

What a wonderful home!

We really enjoyed the house with our dogs. Very walkable to town and bus able to the gondola. Will definitely stay there again!

Cute little red cottage

Perfect for our family of four. Well laid out and well appointed kitchen. My only wish was for a hot tub and a clearer shortcut to the gondola. We would definitely stay here again!

It was great to be able to have everyone close by. ( the rest of the family w in the larger house). Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Internet was great, we had several people who had to work. Location amazing for walking into town, to the Gondola or catching the purple bus to the gondola.River Ridge Rental company personnel very responsive! Would definitely stay at this property again.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay and always love Breckenridge. The living space is a little tight, but the kitchen is high-end and very functional. Having a garage is also a big plus. We would definitely return.

The Cottage is just brilliant, perfect for our family of four and our pup. Close to town and the gondola but so private and away from everyone which was so important to us right now. The responsiveness of the River Ridge Rental team was amazing and we would for sure stay here again.

Great place to call home for a month

Rented this little gem for a month while skiing at Breckenridge. Easy walk into town, gondola and Blue bus route. The French Street Cottage had everything we needed. The property manager is great and easy to contact if you need anything. The kitchen and living area are comfortable. The place gets good sunlight and a nice views. Would absolutely rent this place again.

Only things were the larger bed downstairs was very hard and it was quite warm in there, would've loved a ceiling fan. Downstairs shower was beautifully remodeled but not clean.

Ideal Family Getaway in Great location

I was highly impressed with the property and the communication with the management company. We arrived to town much early than we anticipated and due to COVID restrictions, didn't have much to do. However, I reached out to the management company and they graciously worked to get us an early checkin which was much appreciated. The place was great - spacious for our needs, updated, stocked with essentials, etc. We had two questions/ small issues and they were very responsive to answer those for us. We have already booked our second stay here for an even longer duration. Being so close to town and to the Gondolas made this ideally located for our family. We can't wait to return!

Great place - Hiccup at Check In

Clean, great location, 5 min walk to gondola. Access code did not work on garage when we arrived, however, office was pretty quick to respond and had someone come out to make it right withing 20-30 minutes.
