Location, location, location. You simply will not find a more charming and centrally located Hollywood vacation spot. The Sunset Hollywood Bungalows are 1 block south of Sunset Blvd, in the heart of literally everything. The photos are recent and accurate.

Designed in the Hollywood Craftsman style, the house was built in 1920 for studio employees, writers, and actors. It's bright and cheerful, and on a street where the neighbors all know each other and are proud of the community.

The house was completely re-done from top to bottom in 2016: new roof, foundation, interior, windows, outside siding...everything.

Perfect if you're here doing business. here in L.A. or working long-distance.

You have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, open living area with fireplace. The rear patio has a bbq and an enormous tree fill of delicious oranges that are yours to pick. You have off-street parking, washer-dryer, wifi, TV with all the streaming channels, Hulu live TV, complete furnishings, linens, towels, bedding, kitchen utensils, dishes, etc.. Great restaurants within a 3 minute walk... shopping nearby.

An unforgettable vacation

We stayed 6 weeks and couldn’t dream of a better place. The location, within a walking distance for many places and close to a highway entrance for the further ones is just perfect. Thank you so much Kirby for your kindness!

Perfect spot! Very clean & it had everything we needed!

Our recent stay at the Sunset Hollywood Bungalow was great. The bungalow is well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our time there. It's a very clean property and perfectly located within walking distance to many attractions. Look forward to staying there again!

New, clean, well-appointed with thoughtful host.

Very cute studio in a fantastic location. Host was very thoughtful and helpful with recommendations in the area. Furnishings modern and the bungalow even had a private patio. Will definitely stay there again.

I recently stayed in the Sunset Blvd. Bungalow...WOW! Great, safe location...all the amenities!! I don't know why you would stay in a hotel when you could relax in this lovely bungalow with a patio and grill?!

Very convenient centrally located property

The property was exactly as described, well maintained and clean. It was close to lots of good eating establishments and all the other LA attractions were easy to access by car. Any concerns were very quickly sorted out by Kirby the owner. A great place to stay.

We had the opportunity to...

We had the opportunity to stay at this adorable Hollywood bungalow in January 2009. Location was great - we could walk everywhere! The owner, Kirby, was very nice and informative. We would definitely stay again.

Great Location!! Wonderful Patio!

If you are looking for a very clean and well maintained cottage in a great location for touristing, this VRBO is for you. There a a definite pride in making sure that visitors have all they need for a pleasurable vacation. There is comfortable bedding, a nice kitchen, a parking spot and clear instructions on utilizing the cottage. We had a great time!!

Nice Home Base

Great Property

My husband and I stayed in this property for a few nights while in LA on vacation. It was very clean and well equipped and furnished. Just a short walk to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and other attractions. Kirby was extremely accommodating throughout our stay and made sure that we were not in need of anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Home Away From Home

Second time staying at the Hollywood Bungalow. Entire home yours to enjoy. Very quiet. Great bed. Good location with plenty of stores and attractions nearby. Kirby extremely responsive.

One word: perfect!

I had a great time staying at the Sunset Boulevard Bungalow! This place has got everything you'd ever dream of: very quiet location, walking distance to everything you need (which is something pretty rare in Los Angeles!). Kirby is a very nice and welcoming guest!! I've found the place to stay whenever I go back to Los Angeles!

Nice property, impeccably clean! Safe area.

Wonderful stay at Sunset Hollywood Bungalow! Walking distance to all the action, we even happened to be in town for the Spiderman red-carpet event! Highly Recommended

We stayed at Sunset Hollywood Bungalow for three nights at the end of a long tour. The bungalow is spotlessley clean, convenient and a good place to relax after a days sightseeing. Kirby is a thoughtful and helpful owner. Stay here you will not be disappointed

Excellent place to stay

We stayed at Kirby`s place this august and it was great. Kirby was extremely helpful and friendly. He sent us an explanation how to find to him by email and gave us many hints and advices. Needless to say that the bungalow was spotlessly clean. Highly recommendable.

Perfect place to stay!

My family and I just stayed at the Bungalow and it was great. It was exactly as described. The owner couldn't have been nicer! He was so easy to work with and always prompt in answering any of my questions. He left us with a great set of instructions on how everything works and provided excellent suggestions on restaurants, etc. in the area. The bungalow was so conveniently located and we felt extremly safe there.

Great place in Hollywood

If you are going to Hollywood, this would be a great place to stay. The owner (Kirby) takes great care to make sure his guests have a nice stay in his bungalow. The property is in great shape. You have all of the features you need (laundry machines, wireless internet, parking, etc.). And it is located within walking distance to stores and tourist spots. I might be back in Hollywood later this year. If I am, I will definitely try to stay here again.

Perfect

Cannot overstate how fabulous this place was. Location-just one actually 1/2 block from Sunset Blvd-was amazing. Bungalow was spotless and so comfortable. We were in LA to attend the Hollywood Fringe Festival so again the location was perfect. Plus the bed was very comfortable and my husband can be fussy so that always scores points with him. Most importantly the owner truly treats you like a guest-you are not just someone renting his place.

Nothing but the Best!

We were made to feel right at home at the Bungalow. Kirby is the perfect host. He is available if you have any concerns or questions, but he lets the guests enjoy their stay without interruption. Great instructions, information about local eateries and entertainment, and the place is clean, beautiful, and spacious. The location is great. Easy to walk to most of the great Hollywood attractions. Highly recommended rental.
