Notre appartement de 2 pièces fait 40m2 et est au rdc. Très bien équipé, il est juste à côté d'une rue très parisienne et riche en restaurants, magasins gourmands (rue Cler), près de la tour Eiffel .
On adore ce quartier, s'y balader est très sympa... s'y restaurer aussi.

Appartement de 2 pièces, rien que pour vous. Rénové en 2021, au rdc. Grand lit avec cuisine et salle de douche tout équipées.
Un grand canapé lit 2 places super confortable vous attend aussi.
Sa situation est super : il est dans une rue très calme à côté d'une rue très commerçante (rue Cler) pleine de vie, de commerces authentiques et de restaurants. On apprécie beaucoup ce quartier très parisien et très chic. La tour Eiffel est à 15 minutes à pied. Il y a sinon tout ce qu'il faut pour se déplacer à proximité : métro, bus, vélibs...
Il est traversant et donne sur une cour intérieure avec un peu de verdure, très calme.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge/sèche-linge, Nespresso.
Les lits sont en 160X200. Le canapé est un couchage quotidien pour un confort garanti.
Bref un appartement très agréable pour visiter Paris tout en profitant d'un quartier où il fait bon vivre à la parisienne.

Le quartier est très agréable, notamment au niveau des commerces de bouche, assez nombreux.
Il est intéressant de se promener dans les rues avoisinantes.
L'école militaire et la tour Eiffel sont tout près.

Great central location

We appreciated the excellent location to Rue Cler and proximity to Metro stations. We were mostly out exploring the city, and this apartment was great for sleeping and getting ready for the next day’s adventures.

Great Apartment in Paris

We had good communication with our host. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The location is great, we could walk to many of the famous sights in Paris.

Great great location, close to lots of attractions. The apartment was nice on the ground level and averagely clean. The floor inside was dirty and some areas dusty. It became very humid inside if the windows were not open and there was a bit of a smell. Some of the power outlets and lights didn't work. It was very central to transit and the city center which we enjoyed the most. We also liked it was near shops one block over.

Fantastic Location Making our first trip to Paris Perfect!

The directions to get in were easy to follow, the space was perfect for us and the location was ideal to get to all the hot spots in the city. The walls are a bit thin so we were woken by morning traffic but no sense in sleeping in where there is all of Paris to explore. We would absolutly stay here again!

Great Location!

I chose this apartment because of its great location. The apartment is modern and spacious for being in a city. Everything is clean. Host is very communicative and responsive. Two disappointments: the outside patio that is shown in listing is not part of the rental and there is no air conditioning. I have now learned that if the amenities say simply “Comfort: Heating” that means there is no central air. However, the host provided 2 fans, which helped. We did not leave our windows open overnight as the apartment is on the street level. Overall, it was worth it due to its amazing location.

Beautiful apartment, amazing location

The location cannot be beat! Walk out horn door to numerous restaurants and shops. The owner was attentive and responded quickly to all of our requests. We were even able to check in early! Very clean modern apartment.

Location can't be beat!

We had a great week in this apartment. The location was perfect. The walk to the metro was less than five minutes. Being close the Rue Cler is a big bonus. As well as Rue Cler, there are many other shops, bakeries and restaurants within a five minute walk. The neighborhood is very safe and we felt good about being there. Another bonus to this place is the large bathroom. After some hotel showers barely big enough to move in, this shower was great. The living space was nice sized. The kitchen had what we needed and the washer/dryer worked very well. Amaury was good about communication with us from check-in to the day we left. I would stay here again!

Perfect spot for a couple

Excellent location. Close to Rue Cler (the best street in Paris). Has everything you will want or need. Great shower! Would stay here again for sure. Amaury is excellent and very communicative - an excellent host! Quit looking and book now if available!

Location, location location

The location is awesome. Close to metro and a cute neighborhood. However, it is not quiet and not very private. If the lights are on, you can see into the apartment and for sleeping it is very bright from lights outside. The front door is glass, so if the curtain is not drawn folks outside can see in.

Perfect location and very clean

We had a great stay at this property. It’s the perfect location in the heart of Paris. Easy to get to the train and lots of places to eat or grocery shop nearby. The owner was flexible with check in as my fathers flight was delayed and I was having a hard time getting cell services in my US based phone. Highly recommend staying here.

Location, location, location

We had a wonderful stay 1 block from Rue Cler and 3-4 blocks from the nearest metro station. The apartment is clean, well appointed with the most comfortable pull out sofa our kids have slept in on a quiet street.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. It was near the Eiffel Tower, cafes, and two grocery stores including an Aldi. We were able to use the kitchen to make sandwiches for dinner each night. We weren’t in the apartment other than for a late dinner and sleeping, so we didn’t require much. It was near enough to Metro too.

Paris pied-a-terre

Although there were a lot of positives about our stay at this property, the location, at the very center of Paris, absolutely stood out as the most outstanding feature of the property. The Musee d'Orsay and Eiffel Tower were short walks away and we were just 5-7 minutes from the Tour Mauborg and Ecole Militaire metro stops from which we could conveniently catch a train to every one of our destinations. The Rue Cler with its greengrocers, bakeries, delicatessens and cafes was the next block south. Our good friends lived just around the corner on the Rue de Grenelle and one of my favorite Irish pubs in Paris, the Happenny, was around the other. I also wanted to mention that the apartment was very comfortable, especially the bed. It was the first queen-sized bed we enjoyed on our vacation and represented the first good night's sleep we've had since we embarked on this journey 2 1/2 weeks ago. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Quiet, small apartment

We were fine in this apartment, very functional, well furnished, comfortable and quiet despite the fact that the apartment opens on the street. And this in spite of the heat wave happening during the whole week we were in the apartment. Luckily, the apart was fairly cool at night, being on street level and on the ground floor. With the 2 fans provided, we managed to survive the heat. Obviously, you cannot beat the location, close to Rue Clerc and on a residential street.

Great location not quiet

The apartment is situated on a one way street parallel to what is probably the nicest street in Paris— Rue Cler. And yes there is an Aldi very near, also wonderful restaurants and the best crepes made right in front of you. Metro about 2 blocks and you can in fact walk to the Eiffel Tower. That said, the street itself is very busy especially at night , every five minutes or so a car/motorcycle racing down. And also very loud people walking down in front of the bedroom on Saturday night after the bars close in the am. There is also a major building renovation directly across the street but as we were ther on the weekend no work was taking place. But if you are there during the week…? The lovely courtyard yard shown in the pictures is not accessible to the apartment (meaning you cannot sit out there with your morning coffee), though we did have a very large curious orange cat come visit our window. Amenities were sparse:sheet on foldout too small and kept shifting, curtains over front door were torn, coffee pod in coffeemaker left over from previous occupant. A great location! And that is what you are paying for.

Doesn't Disappoint

Our family really enjoyed our Paris stay. The location is brilliant. Rue Cler was very convenient for daily shop needs, daily restaurant meals and our daily dessert fix. We walked most of Paris but the Metro was conveniently located for some of our longer excursions. It was easy to get to the apartment from Gare du Nord via Metro. We did not cook but the kitchen is equipped for simple meals. The washer worked well. We hung our clothes to dry. The bathroom is clean and very functional. The shower felt luxurious after a busy day. The bedclothes could be replaced but duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases were clean. The beds were comfortable. Our teens were very satisfied with the fold out sofa. Would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Great location close to Eiffel Tower

This is a wonderful ground floor apartment. Very clean, with a modern bathroom. Beds are comfy, and the apartment is well equipped with towels and bedding. The host was wonderful and easy to reach with any questions we had. I highly recommend this apartment, and hope to stay here again soon!!

Comfortable Apartment Convenient to Eiffel Tower and Rue Cler

Property was exactly as described. We appreciated being so close to Rue Cler (one block away), the Eiffel Tower (about half mile), and a subway stop. The apartment was very comfortable and the washer / dryer was very convenient. We did have a bit of an issue getting into the apartment. I think Google didn’t translate correctly, but in the end we were able to get into the apartment. The host was responsive throughout our stay. It would have been nice if the back door to the courtyard was accessible from the property. There is a very cute courtyard out there as well as the garbage bins. Instead of being able to go directly through the back door, required to exit onto the sidewalk and into the building for another door and go down the hallway in order to access this area. There is a door from the apartment, but it just kept locked.
