Newly renovated home, beautifully decorated within walking distance to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Enjoy the large open green space or lounge by the pool. Arrive and park in the covered carport with space for two cars. Walk in the front door to see the pool, palm trees and expansive lawn. Terrazzo counters, with European appliances and plenty of ice await. Compact floor plan allows for plenty of time together around the big screen TV, playing games at the vintage Mid-century dining table (seats 6 or expands to seat 8) or snuggled in the well appointed beds. The Pink Bedroom has a king bed, premium mattress and it's own bathroom with shower. The Black and White bedroom also has a king size bed and large closet. The Green Bedroom has two full size beds and large closet. Patio is appointed with lounge furniture and dining table for six. Perfect for Indian Wells

Great place to walk back to after watching a full day of tennis. Comfortable beds. Great outdoor space. We hope to stay here again.

Fantastic property, host and stay

We had a great time and look forward to visiting again. The property was even better in person than advertised. The house was clean and very well stocked, and the community pool was beautiful and easily accessed out the back door. Five stars across the board. Thanks!

Great stay in ‘22-‘23

Six of us had a great stay. The house was as advertised and the back yard really nice and quiet as well. We lounged in the back and by the pool, used the basketball court, and had easy access to the Palm Springs/Palm Desert/Indian Wells and Joshua Tree areas. There were many stores and restaurants within 5 min and the hosts were great and very responsive.

Great stay

We had a great stay in Indian wells. The house was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed spending time in the pool and the neighbors were great. Definitely would come back!

Beautiful, Warm, Incredible Stay!

We booked this home a bit last minute for a staycation and we were a little skeptical of using VRBO because we’ve never used it before but honestly we had a great first experience and it’s all thanks to the home owner Erin. She was really quick to return my emails and messages, getting responses within minutes. She was really easy to work with and her check in and check out process was very simple and not complex at all. The home was beautiful, it was fully stocked with absolutely anything you can possibly think of. Everything was very clean and organized. Even though it was 6 girls over the age of 21 that stayed at the home I can also see it being a perfect place for a family. The swimming pool is a couple steps from the back patio. We absolutely loved it. The beds were comfortable and it felt like home away from home.

Growing up in the snowy Midwest, I couldn't have imagined living in California. Now, raising my family in Southern California. We live near the coast but love getting out to the desert for the beautiful light, the warmer air and the pristine pool.

The Pink House is part of a unique development in the late 1950's- 20 homes built around a huge green space with shared pool, volley ball net, basketball hoop is a dream come true.

The mature tree in the back provides afternoon shade. The sunrise reflecting off the hills that you see from the kitchen. Coffee on the patio. The kids throwing a ball on the lawn. It's paradise, really.
