The house is very clean in a quite neighbourhood. We loved the outside. Nice to sit there. It is very easy to communicate with the host. She answers questions very quick.

Nice home

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a concert at the Toyota Amphitheater and the house was close and convenient to dining and shopping in downtown Yuba.

Welcoming

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Charming Clara. There were no issues checking in. The home felt very welcoming, was very comfortable, and clean. The backyard was very private and inviting. The area was quite and the location was great. I would definitely stay in this home again. Much thanks to the host, he was responsive and was available at any time if he was needed.

Very satisfactory place

We were in Yuba City for a wedding. This is a very nice property in good condition, with an excellent back yard for relaxing with friends and family. Communication with the host was easy, the location was safe, quiet, and very convenient to everywhere we needed to go (including lots of restaurants, shopping, and so forth), with good covered offstreet parking. If we have occasion to return to the area, we definitely would seek to stay here again. The weather was nice, and we were able to enjoy meals both on the back patio and in the small dining room. My only "complaints" are fairly trivial. Some light fixtures did not work, a set screw was missing from the main bathroom tub/shower, with the result that the handle repeatedly fell off, the coffee maker seemed to only generate one size in a pour despite there being a choice, and so forth. But, as I said, in the overall context of how satisfactory the property and our stay was, these are minor matters I'm sure the host will take care of promptly. Also, as we are older and not familiar with a lot of the new television systems, including Vizio TV, which I think was the name of the one here, it would help to have a simple primer of how it functions. available. Excellent value for the price paid and, as I said, we'd happily return.

Clean and comfortable

We visited Yuba Coty to connect with family. Our stay in the home was just fine. The home has everything you need and the beds were super comfortable. The house is immaculate. My only issues with the home were that one of bedroom’s window coverings were broken and falling off and the chandeliers and wall decor were a bit dated. We will return to this VRBO and f we visit again. Thank you!

Bed bugs

This place was rated very clean but we found bed bugs. My husband was eaten up and we even captured a bug. I reported it to the host immediately and they did offer a full refund, which was received. I have reported this issue to Vrbo. Tho this property seemed very clean and the host was very nice and helpful, I would not recommend this property due to the infestation.

Experience

One of the best places I have stayed in. Couple of things though. We arrived on a wet dark night, and it was impossible to see the address. I had to walk up and down the street to find the house. A light above the house number would be great. The pedal on the trashcan in the kitchen didn’t work. A small thing, dimmer switches, would be great. A lot of bright light. But all in all a terrific place.

Family and Friends Fall Visit

We all had a great time in Yuba City. My travel group was myself, my boyfriend, my sister, her twin boys, and our friend from Chico and her dog. The house was the perfect size for all of us. Very pet friendly. It is in a great location and it was easy to find everything we wanted to see and do in Yuba City. All kitchen supplies were great and we cooked breakfast there each morning of our stay. Thank you !

Great location

The location is fantastic. Central location in Yuba City. Easy parking, easy check in, clean and fantastic outdoor space… outdoor patio with nice outdoor furniture and setting. So much better than staying in a hotel in Yuba City.

Short stay

Charming home that we used as a stopping point from Southern California to Oregon. Accommodated 4 adults quite comfortably. Great location and perfectly suited us … great coffee nearby and plenty of choices for food! Would definitely recommend.

Stay for nieces wedding

My niece had her wedding in Brown’s Valley at Barns at Willow Creek. This was perfect for our stay. It was clean, the backyard was great for visiting and the beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again if I had to stay in Yube City.

This is the perfect cottage for a short or long stay. It is located just off the main street but very quiet. You can sit outside in the wonderful garden and listen to the bees and the neighborhood chickens, which is apparently a thing in Yuba city. If every property were like this, life would be great.
