The condo itself was great and well described. The views were amazing! The building was a bit run down but not bad for a beach front property. The posting as well as the elevator showed ice and laundry on premises and there is neither.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed your stay. We don’t have an ice machine in our listing. But, do have ice trays in the rental to fill for ice. There is a coined laundry on site and is located on the 3rd floor. Information for the laundry and other valuable information is located in the Welcome book on the table as you entered the unit. We are also available whenever you had any questions, We take great pride in our property, but the constant exposure to salt air, high humidity, and coastal winds makes property maintenance an ongoing battle. While we work hard to keep up with the elements, it's clear we missed the mark for you in some areas during your stay. The association works very hard to maintain the building. We hope you return again soon.

The host was perfect to communicate with, and very quick to respond. Bed was comfy, view was incredible and close to everything- without being in the crazy busy part of the beach. It was very clean, parking spot was well marked and the elevator definitely was appreciated!The listing actually didn't do it justice. We were surprised to have a full size fridge, which was a nice surprise. It had alot of little touches that hotels dont provide. It was a very well put together unit! We already talked about wanting to go back!

Would definitely stay again! Nice location and easy beach access with amazing view. Be aware there is no ice available in the building or in the condo. Otherwise a 10/10 and host was rapid in response to questions and timely in communication

The accommodations were fantastic along with the proximity to everything. Only suggestion, and I realize the ocean mist spray is relentless, if the windows could be cleaned and/or leave product for guests to clean. Beautiful view.Thanks again.

My husband, son and I had a fantastic experience at this property. The room was impeccably decorated and had a calming beach vibe to it. It was clean and up-to-date with extraordinary views of the ocean. The balcony was enjoyable to sit out on and listen to the waves and watch people walking, biking, or enjoying the beach. We only had to cross the street to get to the beach area. It was clean, spacious and provided ample opportunity for enjoying the water. The town was a couple minute drive or a 20 minute walk. We chose to drive and found spaces available for parking. It was filled with many stores and restaurants along with nightly entertainment. Other restaurants were about a 10 minute drive from the property but easy to find. We absolutely loved the experience, the beautiful area, and the accommodations made it that much more enjoyable. It is highly recommended!

Perfect beach get away with young kids

Beautiful views. Condo is right across the road from the beach, this made it very easy to enjoy the beach with my young children. We had a blast!

This is by far the best location in Hampton. Direct oceanfront views with private balcony. Far enough from all the hustle and bustle provides generous quiet time. Close enough to go grab food in less than 10 mins. Beautiful sunrise views. Unit itself was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Little beach getaway

It’s a beautiful spot even though it rained most of our time there :) we still made the best of it! Nothing like waking up to the ocean! It was the perfect space for us and we had a great time!

The check in at the front door was glitchy. Had to attempt several times before we could enter. The place was very nice and the view from the balcony spectacular. We watched the sunrise every morning. I loved walking on the beach in front of the condo.

Very nice unit on the 4th floor. Parking was easy and convenient. The beach is right across the street but for this area you do have to wait for low tide as the water comes up too far. However plenty of other beaches are just a short drive away. We just planned our beach visit around the tides and enjoyed finding large shells and conchs! Hosts were great and very accommodating.

Nice place for 2

Clean and pleasant. My husband & I slept comfortably however our teenagers would not recommend the sleeper sofa for comfort. Great communication. Would stay again!

This was a great location- close enough to the boardwalk but far enough away. The view was wonderful. Watched the sunrise from the balcony. Could hear traffic when sitting outside. Walking to the beach takes like a minute. The inside is more appealing than the outside. Very pleased.

GREAT WEEKEND AWAY

The property was very clean and was just as pictured. We had never stayed on this side of Hampton before (away from the bars/restaurants & shops) but it was a great experience . The beach was a few steps away from the front door of the property and it was less crowded than the Southern end of Ocean Blvd so it was relaxing. We would definitely pick this property again for future trips. Sarah

just returned today, July 6, after a wonderful three-night stay with my sister. From the moment we booked, Wendy was an exceptional host. She was responsive, accommodating, and always answered my questions promptly. Upon arrival, parking was convenient, and check-in was seamless. As long as you follow the provided instructions, accessing the building is simple—the door unlocks after a brief five-second delay. The condo is located on the fourth floor, and when we walked in, it was exactly as pictured online. The first thing I notice in any vacation rental is cleanliness, and this condo exceeded my expectations. It was spotless and well maintained. Wendy also welcomed us with a thoughtful snack, a small gesture that made us feel appreciated and reflected the care she puts into hosting her guests. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed its location on the quieter north end of the beach. It offered a peaceful atmosphere while still being just a short distance from restaurants, shops, and other attractions. The ocean views were stunning. Watching the moonlight reflect across the water at night was beautiful, and the sunrises each morning were absolutely breathtaking. Overall, this was an outstanding experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing beachfront getaway.
