Ce nouveau condo haut de gamme avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan et un balcon privé a un accès facile des routes principales au stationnement fermé hors rue (1 véhicule), pas besoin de conduire le boulevard occupé.

Regardez les levers de soleil spectaculaires et les feux d'artifice locaux depuis votre balcon privé. Situé sur la promenade avec des restaurants et des divertissements à distance de marche. Directement en face de la rue à sens unique vers la plage, cette unité au deuxième étage est une chambre avec un lit queen et un vrai canapé-lit plate-forme queen avec matelas en gel comme utilisé dans Disney World Resorts. La cuisine comprend des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, une cafetière Keurig, un grille-pain, un nutriment, un lave-vaisselle et est entièrement équipée avec vaisselle, casseroles, poêles, etc.

Il y a une TV HD LG de 55 "dans le salon avec lecteur Blu-ray / DVD, 2. Barre de son à 1 canal, câble et Wifi. Écoutez votre propre musique via la barre de son compatible Blue tooth ou connectez-vous avec un câble de 3,5 mm. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité pour votre commodité.

Everything we needed

This rental was perfect for us, the location is perfect for access to and from the beach. The space itself offered enough room that we could enjoy the less desirable weather days. The hosts were great in communication and made themselves available for us. Overall, no complaints and would book again.

Amazing view!

We had a wonderful week here! Check in was easy, and owners were friendly and responsive. Place was stocked with everything you might need. AC worked great. The balcony was our favorite spot with gorgeous views.

This property is a perfect location. Short walk to beach, other activities and food. All within walking distance. Property owners are fabulous. The condo was absolutely awesome. The view and the location was perfect. We would absolutely come back again. The owner, Steve, went out of his way to make our stay perfect. There was a snafu in the description of the amenities and he didn't hesitate to rectify the situation.

Great location, great accommodations

Staying at SEAesta Surf was everything we were looking for and more. It is in a perfect location for anyone to do as much or little as they want. So much to see and do right there and within a couple of miles. The Condo was impeccably clean and well appointed with great attention to detail. Perfect, Peaceful Retreat

I spent about 6 weeks, off season, at this property and it was simply lovely. The owners were warm, welcoming and easy to communicate with. The space is very comfortable and well-appointed. It has a well stocked kitchen and lots of amenities to help make it feel extra homey. Very clean, quiet, and the view can’t be beat. I can’t wait to return!

At The Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great, the condo itself had everything we needed and was very well appointed. The outside patio faces the water and almost every morning we got up early to watch the sunrise. We would definitely go back again.

Our stay at SEAesta was nothing but stellar. The cleanliness and attention to detail for our comfort was outstanding. The location put us in the heart of beachfront activities from sand sculptures to a balconey seat for fireworks! This is a destination that will remain on our repeat list!

Top notch

The condo was perfect for our vacation! Beautiful view, great location, simple check in/out process, very nice finishes and comfortable. One of the best stocked rentals we’ve stayed at. It was very clean. There was a small issue with fruit flies between the previous check out and our check in but Steve was proactive in reaching out and did all they could to remedy the situation plus accommodate us. Would stay there again for sure!

October Get Away

We had stayed with Bonnie and Steve in the past and were so happy we could return. The place is as amazing as we remembered. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views. They weren't able to meet us upon arrival but made sure our check in went smooth via text. Which we greatly appreciated. We hope to come back again in the future.

Absolutely The Best!

Greeted by Steve and Bonnie who helped with parking, bags, and gave us a tour of their beautiful modern condo. Spectacular views! Comfortable bed and sofa. Relatively quiet and safe place with secured entrances. Would definitely book for next year - perhaps for 2 split weeks. Thank you to Steve and Bonnie for sharing your gorgeous place with us!

Our stay was brilliant!

We spent 4 winter months at Steve and Bonny's and it was perfect. The condo was clean and perfectly equipped - they had thought about every little thing we could possibly need. They responded promptly to any question we had. They had some great suggestions to make our stay even more enjoyable. Give the location of the ocean front condo, waking up to the sunrise each morning was a real treat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. We would HIGHLY recommend this particular condo to anyone. Thank you Steve and Bonny for sharing your home with us :)

Relaxing vacation

The SEAesta Surf was the perfect place for us to unwind for the week. The beach is my happy place and I thoroughly enjoyed morning coffee on the deck and watching people set up their spots for a day on the beach. It doesn't get any better than being able to walk across the street and be on the sand. Inside, the condo is clean, nicely decorated, and well maintained. Perfect!

Perfect Home Away from Home

This beach rental was perfect with great location, away from all the boardwalk action, stores and restaurants all within walking distance, shows, great food and very responsive and pay attention to detail hosts, Steve and Bonny. We were very sad to end our time at the beach. Everything you need is provided to make your beach vacation stress free. They have thought of everything. What a delight to stay here, and right across the boulevard to the beach! We loved it and are grateful to Steve and Bonny for providing us with such a positive experience!
