By far the best unit in the building — Look no further to enjoy magnificent direct ocean views, with the shops / restaurants only a ten minute walk — A tastefully furnished penthouse suite, completely private — No unit above or NEXT to your personal space — You will be given your own 5 digit code for your personal entrance through a carpeted stairwell — Ocean Mist condominiums is located on Hampton Beach by the protected sea wall — and away from the busy crowds but only a 10 minute walk to the shops and the Boardwalk Cafe restaurant — Park directly in front of the unit 201. The suite has been completely renovated with brand new wood plank flooring, paint, carpeting and high-end furnishings; including an excellent KING mattress and top grade Linen for your comfort. The master bedroom has a new black -out curtain and Each room has its own separate air conditioner/ fireplace. The living room boost new leather top-of-line dual recliners. All lights offer a dimmer with orange lighting to enhance melatonin production for a good nights sleep. Take advantage of the award winning sandy beach as well as everything Hampden Beach has to offer. For your entertainment there is a new LG 80 in HD television set with full cable TV /DVR — Including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Apple TV — as you watch the fireworks every Wednesday night and Saturday night directly from your recliners or bar area through the living room bay window — binoculars are provided for your enjoyment and pleasure — there is also a full-size refrigerator, which makes it convenient to store your shopping items 😊 Please be advised — that this is a completely non-smoking property — which means that smoking of any kind is Not permitted inside the penthouse suite or on the balcony. *** Please note during May there will be the construction of the back decking during the week between 8am and 4pm not on weekends— a generous 20 % discount have been applied on all May reservations with the decking finished by May 20th denoted by early booking and last minute stays *** Thank you!

Really amazing stay here. Host was great and very attentive when we needed. It was such a great time. We were able to take nice walks and the sunrise view from the windows are amazing as well.

Great property, extremely clean, very comfortable bed and lots of amenities. Very private location, directly across the street from the beach and close to the strip, so quiet without all the hustle and bustle but walking distance to everything. Paul, the host, was extremely responsive to any requests and met us at the property when we arrived. Would highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Hampton Beach

We loved our time here! Very clean and as described in the property description. Steps away from the beach and we were able to see fireworks right out the window of the living room Saturday night (10:30p).

The host of the property met us at check in to introduce himself and to make sure our stay was all we expected it to be. The views of the ocean were amazing, the king bed was very comfortable and the walking distance to the beach and shopping were just a few minutes away. The place was perfect for our short get away! Paul greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed and knew how to utilize all of the amenities. It was a very short walk to the quiet end of the beach and easy to walk the entire boardwalk. Would definitely recommend!

A refreshing and relaxing stay.

We had a fantastic time staying in this ocean front condo. The view is beautiful It is a good walk to the main stores and food on the beach, but it is nice that it is tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are kept very clean, everything is very nice and the bed is so comfortable! Highly recommend.

This property overlooks Hampton Beach and is located within easy walking distance of the beach, activities and eateries. The host met us when we arrived and showed us around the suite. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay including great advice about where to go for dinner. We were able to overlook a view that was incredible. On the last day we ate breakfast and watched a seal out in the water such a neat treat.

Fantastic host and amazing location!

Paul was such a great host! Condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed! We stayed four nights and it felt like heaven. The bed so comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. Great selection of k-cups made morning coffee fun! We had the best seat for fireworks! Definitely be back again!

What a wonderful stay at this beautiful Penthouse across the ocean. Imagine sitting on this electric couch looking at the waves Everything you need to fulfill your stay The king size bed was the best The 75 inch TV was amazing with all the channels you need from the touch of a remote The owner was accommodating what ever you need If you want the cutting edge this is the best place at Hampton Beach. 36th wedding anniversary!

Beautiful condo on the second floor facing the ocean! A view! Unit is well appointed with leather recliners and large screen TV, AC units in main area and bedroom. Table with stools in front of the large window to enjoy the views including fireworks on Wednesday night! King size comfortable bed with black out window treatment to sleep in. Kitchen has all you need. It’s a short walk to the beach and all that Hampton Beach has to offer. Paul is a gracious host and made us feel welcome even before we arrived through prompt communication. We hope to return in the future!
