Situé rue Lepic. Adorable loft-atelier d’artiste de 65m2. Calme, clair, sécurisé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût et fantaise. Idéal pour couple ou famille avec 2 enfants. A deux pas des commerces de la rue Lepic et des Abbesses, très bien desservi par le métro ligne 2 et 12 nombreux petits restaurants dont je vous fait une liste de recommandations .

Situated in the heart of Montmartre .Lovely loft studio of 65 M2.Quiet, light,protected and decorated with taste and fantasy.Percfect for a family with chidrens or in couple.
Very near two metro station Abbesses or Blanche 5 minutes by walk Ligne 2 or 12 many nices restaurants wich I leave a list for you also exhibition ? I m sure you will love it !

This was a perfectly cozy little crib to come home to in Montmarte. Loved the neighborhood! Our host, Caroline, was very helpful and generous. I would stay here again when I make it back to Paris.

We loved the apartment - it was the perfect size for our family of 4, it’s in a vibrant neighborhood and there are 2 metro stops a short walk away. It was the perfect home base for our 10 day stay.

We had a very comfortable stay in this beautiful centrally-located apartment. The apartment is convenient to both Abbesses and Blanche metro stops with easy access to bus lines too. Although it is close to everything, it is located on a quiet street, which we really appreciated. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very very clean. It was a good fit for 3 adults and one teenager. The beds were very comfortable. The living room was an oasis at the end of the day where we could relax and connect. We were close to good restaurants, bakeries and great shopping. And just a short walk to Sacre Coeur and Place du Tertre. The apartment was quiet with no noise from outside or the neighbors. The 3 flights of stairs were not an inconvenience, we got used to it. The kitchen was fully equipped with coffee, tea and all the appliances you might need while on vacation. Bathrooms worked well with great water pressure in the shower. Communication with the owner, Caroline was excellent. She replied to my questions right away and provided suggestions for outings and places of interest. I would love to stay at this apartment again and again. It was just perfect!

Great spot

Lovely stay on historic Rue Lepic in Montmartre. The apartment worked well for our family of 4 including two teenagers. Catherine was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again in this adorable spot.

Caroline was awesome to communicate with, quick response, and location was close to many attractions and restaurants (Le Chinon had very good food and awesome staff). Property was clean and as listed, and wouldbe ideal for a smaller party or a couple, or some students on a holiday. Not ideal for us as several of us are over 6 feet tall, so a little cramped for 4 of us, but was quaint and we made it work, as most of our time was out exploring beautiful Paris. I would definately recommend the property, the area, and the owner.

Location was amazing. Easy to navigate all of Paris from this location. We are hikers so we walked from our location to the Louvre, Notre-Dame and the basilica. Only transport we needed was for our visit to Versailles. Super comfortable home, great contact with owner and we felt very cared for.

Beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood. Everything you need for an amazing stay in Paris.

The apartment is lovely and ideal for a family with teens, having enough space for everyone to have some privacy. The neighborhood is walkable with lots of historic and new sights.

2 weeks in Paris

Caroline was a wonderful host and answered questions promptly. The space is thoughtfully designed, has really nice artistic touches, comfortable, and clean. Location was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would return in a heartbeat.

Fantastic apartment in Monmartre

Great place to stay on the historic Rue Lepic. Everything we needed was provided and more and the location was perfect. Caroline was a great host and provided loads of information on good restaurants and places to go. Would definitely recommend. Only comment was that the ceiling height and bathrooms were quite tight for a tall man of 196cm.

My family of three greatly enjoyed our stay at Caroline's lovely home! The apartment was well appointed and conveniently located in a great neighborhood with easy access to the Metro station that took us everywhere we wanted to go. Caroline was very accommodating and responsive to messages, and she provided excellent recommendations. While the air conditioning unit on the first floor was very much appreciated and helped to keep downstairs cool, it was pretty warm on the second floor even with the use of fans. Having said that, we would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Paris. Merci beaucoup!

Great location!

This loft is in a great location and we found the neighborhood to be both lively and friendly. Caroline provided lots of suggestions and was very responsive. We had a lot of luggage as my daughter is relocating to Paris, so the stairs to the 4th floor loft were a bit challenging.

Excellent stay for a week in Paris

We spent 5 days at Caroline’s apartment and it was perfect for a family of 4. We enjoyed staying in a neighborhood rather than in the middle of the main tourist hub. The apartment was quiet and remarkably cool despite the soaring temperatures in Paris. There was an air conditioner, but we mostly just opened the windows and used fans. The beds were comfortable and allowed our kids to have their own spaces. There was a lovely bottle of wine as well as lots of spices and oils should you wish to cook. Check in was very easy and Caroline allowed us to drop our bags before checking so we could go explore. Merci Caroline - c’est fantastique!

Wonderful flat in the heart of Montmartre

Caroline's home is a funky boho flat that epitomizes the French way of life. It is super close to shops of all kinds and many cafes and restaurants! The neighborhood has a immense history in the arts and wirht taking a walking tour around. The flat had all amenities needed. It is a haul up to the third floor so keep that in mind with older folks. Varoline left great suggestions and tips for the flat. It was a wonderful place to stay, a bit loud on the weekend nights so if you're not one to stay up late go during the week.

Charming abode

This charming flat in the heart of Montremare is the perfect place to enjoy your time in Paris. The host Caroline was wonderful, everything was exactly as listed and she shared a list of excellent restaurants in the area. The neighborhood has the most wonderful cafes and shops. This girls trip was to visit my daughter who had been studying in the city. Please note the apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator as listed) of the most darling winding staircase. The stairs didn’t deter our group though at all. We learned to navigate the Metro which we used for most of our transportation. UBER and Taxis also available however the metro station is a short walk and a great way to beat the traffic.Our wonderful host provided everything we could possibly need , communication was excellent. 10/10 highly recommend .

Cozy fourth floor apartment

The apartment was very cozy and the beds were comfortable. As with many European apartments the stairs were thin and circular. The apartment is on the fourth floor but considered the third floor in France. We definitely worked up a sweat lugging our bags up to the apartment. The apartment seemed to be a place where someone lives, rather than solely used as a VRBO. The apartment is very close to the hustle and bustle of the Montmart area with a lot to do.

Cute Traditional Apartment in Convenient Area

The apartment was exactly as shown and described. If you're looking to live like a Parisian for a week, this apartment has a true Parisian vibe. The apartment has an open floor plan and lots of natural light. It is nicely decorated, including many items which were made by the owner/host, giving it a very unique feel. Our family of four had plenty of space for the limited amount of time we spent there. The apartment is convenient to the metro and several restaurants, but being on the back side of the building, we could not hear any of the nightly hustle and bustle. One of our favorite features was the large living room windows that opened to the interior building courtyard and the pretty flowered window boxes. Our host, Caroline, was very gracious and helpful with local suggestions in Montmartre.

Perfect Paris Apartment

Caroline's place is just lovely. It's in a wonderful location in Montmatre in a very nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It's also near several Metro stations so you can get anywhere you need to go from here. The place is so cozy and artfully decorated. It was perfect for my husband, myself, and our 16 year old twins. We all had our own space within this multi-level small apartment. It makes great use of space. It's very quiet since it is in a back building off the street. There is a really cute courtyard to walk through to get to the building. It is up a lot of stairs, but we quickly got used to that. We were there in summer and it was cool and breezy even when the temperatures were high. Caroline welcomed us and was a very kind, attentive and communicative host. We highly recommend this apartment.
