Ce sont les meilleurs appartements à Paris! Лучше не бывает!

J'ai passé 6 nuits incroyables dans l'appartement de Jean-Philippe. C'est un appartement neuf et très propre avec une excellente rénovation moderne. L'appartement est très inhabituel avec trois grandes baies vitrées et un balcon avec une vue magnifique sur la ville. Vous trouverez ici tout ce dont vous avez besoin et même plus - une excellente vaisselle de qualité, un bon sèche-cheveux professionnel, un fer à repasser, une cafemachine Nespresso, un four à micro-Ondes, une bouilloire et une cuisinière à induction. Excellent lit confortable avec de bons draps.L'appartement a tout neuf et de très haute qualité, il n'y a pas de choses jetables bon marché. Système d'éclairage bien conçu, WiFi rapide. Vous ne devriez pas vous inquiéter du bruit de la rue-ce n'est tout simplement pas le cas, car les fenêtres sont très bonnes. Je viens à Paris depuis 11 ans et c'était sans doute le meilleur appartement! Un Grand Merci а Jean-Philippe! Je recommande à tout le monde!Я провела 6 потрясающих ночей в апартаментах Жана-Филиппа. Это новая, идеально чистая квартира с отличным современным ремонтом. Квартира очень необычная с тремя большими эркерными окнами и балконом с прекрасным видом на город. В квартире есть все, что вам нужно и даже больше - отличная качественная посуда, хороший профессиональный фен, утюг, кофемашина Неспрессо, микроволновая печь, чайник и индукационная плита. Кровать удобная с отличным постельным бельем.Квартира имеет все новое и очень качественное, в ней нет дешевых одноразовых вещей. Хорошо продумана система освещения, быстрый вай-фай. Не переживайте из-за шума с улицы - его просто нет, так как окна плотные и поглощают шум. Я приезжаю в Париж на протяжении последних 11 лет и это без сомнения была лучшая квартира! Большое Спасибо Жан-Филлип! Рекомендую каждому!

Great location and a charming apartment

We spent three days in this charming apartment close to Les Halles, Georges Pompidou and Le Marais. With a metro station just outside the building and a lift taking you to the 5th floor, this small apartment is a great place for a short visit to Paris. Everything was in perfect order including the check-in and check-out procedure. Our host was very helpful during our entire stay.The long and narrow balcony would have been an extra plus if not for the cold weather in February. Nevertheless, the balcony is spacious enough for having breakfast or a late-night drink at any other time of the year.On the negative side, the bath, toilet and kitchen area are a bit cramped. But we found everything acceptable for a three days stay. The overall experience was very positive, and we would gladly come back.

Great little studio in good location

Small but clean, comfortable, bright updated 5th floor studio with three large windows, a tight balcony with two chairs and a small table, good closet space, and a very comfortable queen bed. Elevator building. Big plus is a metro stop literally at the building doorstep. Caveat: if you are heavyset, you will really struggle in the super-tiny toilet room and separate shower and sink room. Best for a fit couple without too much baggage. We would definitely stay again. Loved it.

Best location and space

Between the views and open space and perfect location to everything you need, we had such a lovely time staying here. The host was very nice and made sure we were happy and informed the entire time. Definitely recommended!

The best place to stay in 1st arr

My husband and I came for our honeymoon while staying in Paris. The listing doesn’t do it justice! This place is spectacular. Wonderful balcony, it is a very cozy home. Host was great and easily accessible. Neighborhood is vivacious with endless restaurants and the metro is at your door step. Highly recommend 10/10!

Awesome Apartment in Paris

The apartment had an awesome view. We were within a 10 minute walk of the Louvre and the Seine. We also walked to the Eiffel Tower (3 miles), Arc de Triomphe and down the Champs-Elysees. There were easily over 100 restaurants within a 10 minute walk (along with bakeries, convenience stores, shopping, etc). Just walk down Rue de Montorgueil for more restaurants than you can eat at. Public transportation was just outside the door. The property was located in an excellent location. Our host was very responsive to all of our inquiries.

Lovely place to explore Paris

We enjoyed every minute of our stay here! This is the perfect place to stay if you want to explore the most iconic Paris sites, but also have a quiet, relaxing abode to return to. We were able to walk to most things we wanted to see, and the metro was right nearby for everything else. The view from the balcony is beautiful and idyllic, and the place is stocked with very thoughtful creature comforts. We especially appreciated the Nespresso machine. We loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the mornings and watching the bustling street below. Our host, Jean-Philippe, sent us detailed instructions for how to use the Wi-Fi and the A/C unit. We were jetlagged and a little stressed when we first arrived, and when we struggled to figure out the lockbox for the key, he texted us back in minutes. He was gracious and even offered to exchange our towels for clean ones. You couldn’t ask for a better host, or a better location for your trip to Paris. Wonderful!

perfect stay

We really enjoyed our week stay. The location was great, fabulous views and we really enjoyed having the balcony where we had breakfast every morning. The area is busy/noisy (like most of Paris) but once you close the doors to the balcony the noise is almost completely blocked out. I am a very light sleeper and had no problem at all sleeping. The bed was really comfortable and the small kitchen was great. We would highly recommend staying here.

Great location and view

Authentic building with a lift to get you up to this little studio. Immediately next to a metro stop on a street full of cafes and bars. Just a perfect location to get around to all the sites. My wife and I loved our stay here.

L'appart est très joli, confortable et situé dans un beau quartier près de tout.

Très bon accueil par Jean-Philippe et il s'est informé de nous tout au long du séjour. La localisation de l"appartement est parfaite. Quartier très vivant le jour et paisible la nuit. Tout est proche, metro à l'entrée de l'appart, une boulangerie exquise et une rue piétonnière avec marché et restaurants à quelques pas. L'appart est très joli, bien décoré, fonctionnel. Le lit est super confortable. Le seul point je dirais un tantinet négatif c'est le très petit espace pour la toilette. L'autre espace avec douche et évier est bien correcte. La fenestration est très grande et donne beaucoup de charme à l'appart. En gros, nous avons adoré notre court séjour à Paris. Espérons revenir dans un avenir pas trop lointain. Diane et Charles

Great Location

Perfectly located right next to the metro. Great communication from the owner. Had no problems whilst we was there. Apartment is small but a great little bolt hole. Toilet is very small but it’s clean and functional. Lift is useful as it’s on the fifth floor. Supermarket is a 5-10 min walk. The area is lovely. Very quiet considering it is located in a busy area & slept well. I’d definitely recommend and would stay again.

Perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our host Jean-Phillippe was very accommodating, especially when we had a difficult using they entrance key - I think it’s an American thing. The studio was perfect. Very clean. Light, bright and a Fabulous view of the neighborhood. There was a narrow balcony outside that ran the length of the apartment and each evening we’d sit outside with cocktails in hand and watch the world go by. But the biggest plus of the apartment was it’s location. You can either walk or take the metro - the station was right outside the door- to anywhere in Paris.

It was advertised as small and it surely was. The toilet room was silly small. Everything else was exactly as advertised and well thought out to be all things a renter needs.

The location was great, the unit had everything we needed and Jean Philippe was so responsive and sweet. The building had an elevator as well which was a perk since it was on the 5th floor. Highly recommend!
