Ce sont les meilleurs appartements à Paris! Лучше не бывает!

J'ai passé 6 nuits incroyables dans l'appartement de Jean-Philippe. C'est un appartement neuf et très propre avec une excellente rénovation moderne. L'appartement est très inhabituel avec trois grandes baies vitrées et un balcon avec une vue magnifique sur la ville. Vous trouverez ici tout ce dont vous avez besoin et même plus - une excellente vaisselle de qualité, un bon sèche-cheveux professionnel, un fer à repasser, une cafemachine Nespresso, un four à micro-Ondes, une bouilloire et une cuisinière à induction. Excellent lit confortable avec de bons draps.L'appartement a tout neuf et de très haute qualité, il n'y a pas de choses jetables bon marché. Système d'éclairage bien conçu, WiFi rapide. Vous ne devriez pas vous inquiéter du bruit de la rue-ce n'est tout simplement pas le cas, car les fenêtres sont très bonnes. Je viens à Paris depuis 11 ans et c'était sans doute le meilleur appartement! Un Grand Merci а Jean-Philippe! Je recommande à tout le monde!Я провела 6 потрясающих ночей в апартаментах Жана-Филиппа. Это новая, идеально чистая квартира с отличным современным ремонтом. Квартира очень необычная с тремя большими эркерными окнами и балконом с прекрасным видом на город. В квартире есть все, что вам нужно и даже больше - отличная качественная посуда, хороший профессиональный фен, утюг, кофемашина Неспрессо, микроволновая печь, чайник и индукационная плита. Кровать удобная с отличным постельным бельем.Квартира имеет все новое и очень качественное, в ней нет дешевых одноразовых вещей. Хорошо продумана система освещения, быстрый вай-фай. Не переживайте из-за шума с улицы - его просто нет, так как окна плотные и поглощают шум. Я приезжаю в Париж на протяжении последних 11 лет и это без сомнения была лучшая квартира! Большое Спасибо Жан-Филлип! Рекомендую каждому!

Without exception, everything about this place is wonderful! The communication was clear and complete and I always had the info I needed. Jean-Philippe made himself available and was responsive. The location was perfect! I wanted to experience "living" in downtown Paris and not a commercial/hotel environment and this place checked every box. It was charming, comfortable, and beautiful!. Metro outside the door, so many cafes and restaurants, markets closeby and yet it was peaceful and I felt very safe walking everywhere. It's proximity to everything we needed was ideal. I can't speak highly enough of Jean-Philippe and this property! 10 out of 10!

Our host was very welcoming and responded quickly to questions. The flats location is excellent, walking to nearby parks grocery and the bus. The kitchen is nicely laid out and both sofa and bed and very comfortable. Great place to stay!!

Thé location was AMAZING! We could go out the front door and hop on the metro to go anywhere in the city. Jean-Phillipe was incredibly helpful every step of the way. We got advice from him before and during our stay. The apartment has an incredible view of the bustling neighborhood streets. Cafe Etienne (basically downstairs from the apartment) was one of our favorite spots; the food was fantastic and the atmosphere was so livelu. The apartment was the perfect size, had a comfortable bed, and the kitchenette was very convenient! We can’t wait to stay here, again!

Jean Philippe was a great host, and we VERY MUCH enjoyed our stay in their place! The apartment is small but totally functional and cute. Everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Kitchenette, very nice shower, comfy bed. And the view!The place is located literally nine steps (I counted!) from the front door to a Metro station. From there, all of Paris awaits you. There is SO MUCH in the area. Shops, a mall, restaurants, bakeries. We walked to Notre Dame and other sites.Jean Philippe made special accomodations for us and did everything we could ask to make our stay comfortable and easy.

Location, location, location. Right at Etienne Marcel metro station. Walk or take metro to most sights. As described elsewhere the unit is compact but plumbing and hvac work fine. Initial access is tricky (code for the outside door, another code to access the unit key from a lockbox). We arrived in the evening after dark and in the rain so needed help but host was there within minutes. After that a fob on the key opens the building door and the inside security door.

Jean-Philippe is an exceptional, extremely attentive host. He made our stay so easy. The apartment is located right in the heart of Paris, near Notre Dame, the Louvre and much more. There is a Metro station very nearby, making it so easy to access all of Paris.

Magnifique! We wish we were still there! Perfect location -right next to a wonderful metro line. Easy access to shops cafes and metro. Jean Philippe was a perfect host. Easy and quick communication. The apartment was perfect and comfortable bed. The balcony was a marvelous spot to greet the day with breakfast and close the night with a glass of wine and a dessert while listening to the hum of the nigh. Tthe toilet closet is tiny… the shower and sink small but fine Loved the induction stove for some eggs Had everything we needed with a beautiful view. Supermarket just steps away and a lovely boulangerie for fresh pain du chocolate and croissants AC kept the room comfortable even in hot July days. Loved the extra touches like the glow of the orange mushroom lamp maps and some kitchen condiments Loved it!

Enjoyed our stay

Stayed 5 nights. Lovely small apartment in excellent location. Our host was great and kept in touch. Lift is an absolute bonus. Only downside - the toilet is such a small room if you’re over 5 feet 6/7 inches you have to keep the door open when you sit down. Would still recommend this apartment for short stays.

Incredible!

Lovely apartment on 5th floor with balconies on left & right. Sits above metro entrance which is wonderfully convenient. Clean; comfortable; tastefully decorated. A favorite! Surrounded by shops & restaurants but not noisy. Host is very responsive and very proactive on anticipating questions or needs.

I spent a week in this charming Parisian apartment. It was perfectly situated to take advantage of all that Paris offers. It was well appointed and even the smallest detail was thought of. I would definitely stay here again. My host was also very responsive and thoughtful. Thank you Jean-Philippe for making my first week back in Paris memorable!

Great location and a charming apartment

We spent three days in this charming apartment close to Les Halles, Georges Pompidou and Le Marais. With a metro station just outside the building and a lift taking you to the 5th floor, this small apartment is a great place for a short visit to Paris. Everything was in perfect order including the check-in and check-out procedure. Our host was very helpful during our entire stay.The long and narrow balcony would have been an extra plus if not for the cold weather in February. Nevertheless, the balcony is spacious enough for having breakfast or a late-night drink at any other time of the year.On the negative side, the bath, toilet and kitchen area are a bit cramped. But we found everything acceptable for a three days stay. The overall experience was very positive, and we would gladly come back.

Great little studio in good location

Small but clean, comfortable, bright updated 5th floor studio with three large windows, a tight balcony with two chairs and a small table, good closet space, and a very comfortable queen bed. Elevator building. Big plus is a metro stop literally at the building doorstep. Caveat: if you are heavyset, you will really struggle in the super-tiny toilet room and separate shower and sink room. Best for a fit couple without too much baggage. We would definitely stay again. Loved it.
