Ended up staying fewer days than I planned so am thankful it wasnât crazy expensive like other places in Montmartre. The host has tried very hard to make this apartment comfortable and itâs totally fine for one person for a short stay or for a young person used to an older, modest place. Everything was very clean but itâs just a very old apt in an old building. Host is super nice and responsive. If it had been slightly less money it would be about the right value. The area is fantastic â away from the crazy crowded part of Montmartre but close enough to walk /metro everywhere. FYI right now there is some scaffolding that impedes the little view from the window. Itâs across the street from a school so childrenâs voiceâs playing but when itâs sunny itâs quite pleasant. If you are on a modest budget itâs a good option.
Loved Montmartre as a location base. Apartment was very secure. Good amenities like fan, blow dryer, iron. Coffee maker is one that takes pods so I suggest bring a small French press if you are fussy about your coffee. Nice Park across the street and nice bakery and shops all around. Basics were cleaned. Small but serviceable. Owner very nice. We struggled a bit with our French unfortunately.
This small apartment, in walking distance from Sacre Coeur, has everything you need for a nice stay, visiting Paris. Really quiet with a good quality bed.Really easy access to Metro and bus. A little bit off, Paris main attractions , but still in 30-40 minutes with subway. Good place to see Paris real, social life. I do recommend it.
