The Space:
Make your way inside this warm and welcoming retreat using the easy self-check-in and feel instantly at home with bright, open plan living and all of life’s little luxuries waiting for you to enjoy.

Step into the open living space upstairs and soak up the sun as you lay back on the plush chaise lounge. Here you can stream Netflix and Hulu on the big screen or sway gently in the hanging pod chair as you breathe in the fresh ocean air from the open glass doors that surround the room.

Entertain in style within the gourmet chef’s kitchen that comes fully equipped with high-end appliances, sleek stone countertops, a coffee maker and all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils you could need.

Eat together at the stylish wrap around breakfast bar giving you a chic dining space for six, then pull out your perfectly chilled bottle of wine from the wine fridge and enjoy a glass or two as you wait for dessert.

After a day spent at the beach, retire to one of three beautiful bedrooms that offer the ultimate in comfort and style with soft, hotel grade linen and plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home.

The master bedroom is located upstairs and features a luxuriously large king bed with a sparkling adjoining ensuite and a Juliette balcony where you can take in the neighborhood views and enjoy your coffee each morning.

Also upstairs is bedroom two with a comfortable king bed and a second full bathroom, while downstairs you’ll find the double bedroom with two queen beds and an adjoining ensuite bathroom giving everyone their own space.

Guests are welcome to use the full laundry with a high-end Samsung washer and dryer as well as an air mattress which can be set up in the living space for an additional two guests.

On a sunny Californian day, step out into the gorgeous front yard where you can enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch spread on the large outdoor table giving you the perfect private space to entertain and soak up the sun.

Guests have private access to both levels of the home and the private front yard with a BBQ grill. You’ll also have access to free Wi-Fi, free garaged parking, complimentary coffee, a high-end laundry and access to streaming apps on the Smart TV.

The is beautiful bohemian retreat is located within a leafy neighborhood right in the heart of Pacific Beach which offers a vibrant and lively atmosphere for guests to explore.

From the home, guests can walk to a variety of local restaurants, bars, and cafes, as well as boutique shops and local markets. The Pacific Beach boardwalk is just a short stroll away, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the ocean and miles of sandy beaches.

Enjoy the thrills and spills at Belmont Park (9 min drive) located right on the beach with rides for all ages, great local food and even fit in some shopping.
Visit the largest water park of its kind in the world, Mission Bay Aquatic Park, which offers everything from kayaking and stand up paddle boarding to water skiing, sailing, kite surfing and everything in between. If you’d rather stay on land, families can bike ride, picnic, barbecue or celebrate with bonfires right next to the water.

See dolphins, orcas, sea lions much more at SeaWorld just a 7 minute drive away or experience the Old Town Historic Park, an open air living history museum then wander down to the heart of pacific beach for some great shopping, food or for a night out.

Visit the picturesque Lake Murray, a favorite green space for locals. The lake is surrounded by paved trails, making it the perfect place for an evening walk, a picnic in the afternoon or exploring the water on a rented kayak.

For even more green space, make your way to Balboa Park with 1,200 acres of pristine emerald green parklands right in the heart of the city. Here you can explore 17 museums then visit the San Diego Zoo which is always #1 on the best zoos in the world list and definitely worth a visit.

Explore can’t-miss shops and hangouts in neighborhoods such as the Gaslamp Quarter, the East Village, North Park and Old Town then be spoilt for choice when it comes to food with a mix of fine dining through to food trucks serving up some of the best fish tacos you will every taste!

Getting Around:
You will be receiving 1 parking space with the property but getting around is super easy. There is a bus station right around the corner as well as on-demand electric scooters and bikes that are just an app away and located all around the area. Most of my guests use RideShare programs such as Uber and Lyft.

Other Things to Note:
This property is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious furnished home!

This home will be stocked with bath towels, a hairdryer and iron, and hotel-style shampoo, conditioner and body wash. If you need anything additional during your stay, please feel free to reach out!
