This house is an ideal beach house, for families to relax and enjoy the beach. Just steps from the beach. This house provides the essentials for being on the beach, like boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys. You have a front patio to hang out. The bay is one block away. We have a discount program with the Mission Bay Sports Center to rent out their water sports equipment such as Jet Skiis, Paddle Boards, etc.
There is no a/c, but it is not usually needed due to the breeze coming off the ocean. There are also plenty of floor fans.

8. The property is a non-smoking and no animals property
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and checkout is at 10 am
PLEASE BE ADVISED: Per the owner's request due to the city's permitting to have the privilege to rent their condo as a vacation rental if we receive a complaint from the neighbors of loud noises or partying of any kind, or if you have more people than allowed eight in your group to the property, your group will be evicted and will forfeit your rent, cleaning fee, and the $1000 damage deposit. So please make sure this is the right type of property for your group.
This beautiful condo is located in the heart of Mission Beach, just a few blocks from Belmont Park. The Condo is just a few blocks away from restaurants and shopping. The Condo is centrally located near San Diego County's most popular attractions including Sea World, the World Famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Seaport Village, La Jolla, Downtown San Diego's Gas Lamp Quarter, Coronado, Del Mar, and much more.
The house has a modern beach theme. This house has three floors. On the first floor, you will find the living room and kitchen with an island to eat on. There is a bathroom, that includes a shower with access through the garage area. The best use of this bathroom is when you come off the beach to rinse off the sand. The master bedroom and second bedroom are on the second floor. Each of those bedrooms has a king-size bed. There are two full bathrooms on the second floor. On the third floor, you will find the third bedroom mezzanine which overlooks the living room. The third bedroom has 3 twin beds. Outside the third bedroom on the third-floor landing is a sleeper sofa that pulls out, into a full-size bed. There are 4 televisions in this house, in each bedroom and one in the living room.
Amenities: There is a Pack n Play available, a High Chair, Wi-Fi, 4 Televisions, a washer & dryer in the house, a patio table, and chairs for the Patio, Beach Chairs, Boogie Boards, Beach Umbrellas, Beach Towels, and Hair Dryers. We also have discounts to rent water sports equipment such as Paddle Boards, Jet Skis, sailboats, and Jet packs. You can also arrange for a Massage Therapist to come to the property to give you and your group massages, for a fee.
Suitability:
1. No Air Conditioning (we provide floor fans)
2. No Pets or animals allowed
3. No Smoking allowed on the property, or patio
4. No Elevator (must climb stairs to reach bedrooms)
5. No events allowed
6. No Fireplace usage, decorative only (central heating provided)
Please check the Rates and Availability section for open dates and specific rates. There are 4- to 7-night minimums and sometimes shorter stays are available when there are gaps between booking reservations or based on the time of the year. During some holidays there are 3-day minimums. During June, July, and August the unit is available weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. To book Christmas Day, you must also book Christmas Eve, to book Thanksgiving Day, you must book Thanksgiving Eve, to book New Year's Eve, you must book New Year's Day and the other way around for all those holidays.
Cancellation: There are no refunds of the rent, tax, and cleaning fee for cancellations or changes to the reservation dates that are 30 days or less before arrival, and only the security deposit will be refunded. If the rent, tax, and cleaning fee are not paid 30 days before arrival, you will lose 100% of your security deposit and the reservation. Notice of cancellation or changes to the reservation dates must be in writing via mail or email.
