The Space:

This spacious vacation home features central air conditioning and a large outdoor deck—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or unwinding after a day of exploring wine country. A whole-home filtered water system ensures a refreshing and comfortable stay.



The home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and includes multiple sleeping arrangements: two king beds, two queen beds, and a bunk bed (with two twin-sized beds). One bedroom may also be used as a dedicated office, making this home ideal for extended stays or remote work. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher and microwave, making meal prep easy and convenient.

Guests will have access to the entire home.

* Maximum overnight occupancy: 12 guests (excluding children under 3)

* Daytime visitors allowed 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, limited to half the overnight occupancy

* No pets allowed

* Free parking for up to 6 vehicles

* Keyless entry with a secure digital lock (unique code per stay)

* Exterior security cameras are inactive during guest stays and only active when vacant

* Located in a noise-sensitive area with Good Neighbor protection and privacy-compliant noise monitoring
