Walk to town and the beach from this very cute 945 sf, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom fairytale cottage located south of Ocean Avenue.
Just a few blocks from easy access to the white sands of Carmel Beach.

Living Space
Approach the cottage through an English country garden, through the custom arched doorway and into a cozy living room. The living room has open beam ceilings with skylights, wood floors, plenty of seating, wood burning fireplace, and a pine armoire with flat screen TV and DVD player inside. (No cable, guests should bring the logins for their own streaming subscriptions.) A writing desk provides a space well suited to remote working. Books and board games are on hand for relaxing evenings.

Kitchen and Dining
The bright kitchen is equipped with a gas range and microwave (no dishwasher or garbage disposal), white tile counters and everything you need to make tasty meals at home.
Just off the kitchen is a dedicated laundry area with a washer and dryer.
The dining area has a country pine dining table that seats 6.
French doors open to a spacious back brick patio with a BBQ grill and tables for outdoor dining.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Both bedrooms are carpeted.
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and a small Smart TV (no cable, guests should bring the logins for their own streaming subscriptions)
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.
The full hall bathroom is located between the bedrooms and has a shower-over-tub combination.

Off-street parking for two vehicles is available in the driveway. The garage is not available for guest use. Street parking is available on a first come, first served basis.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
