Sanctuary Vacation Rentals is proud to present "Little Pink"! This home sleeps up to 6 guests.
Located just steps from the white sands of Carmel Beach, this delightful, historic fairytale cottage transports you back to the Old World. With a prime location and an abundance of charm, this light-filled 1,001 sf, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is an excellent example of the Tudor style of architecture by Carmel Master Builder M.J. Murphy and was built in 1925.
Whether seated enjoying peeks of the Pacific Ocean or walking across the street to a wood path and stairs that lead to the beach, guests of âLittle Pinkâ have easy coastal access and will enjoy staying in this heavenly slice of history. The property is located a block from the Carmel entrance to Pebble BeachÂź.
Living Space
Come in through the arched front door and enter into the quaint living room with a pitched ceiling, original wood floors, large âFramedâ Smart TV, armchair seating for 4, a farm-style table with seating for 6 and a gas fireplace with beautiful stone surround.
Kitchen and Dining
The fully-equipped kitchen is off the living area at the back of the home and has a paneled refrigerator with automatic ice and water dispenser, a 5-burner gas range and a cozy breakfast nook where one can appreciate the quaint courtyard with meandering pathways and garden views.
Outside
Savor morning coffee or an evening using the propane BBQ grill on the rear stone patio (perfect for al fresco dining with seating for 6) or enjoy a sunset glass of wine in the front English garden.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Main/Lower Level:
Bedroom #1 is a primary suite with wood floors, a queen bed, a writerâs desk, and an en suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub combination, tile floors and a built-in sit-down makeup vanity.
Upstairs:
The two upstairs bedrooms are adorned with the quintessential board and batten walls and charm to spare.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, a small writing desk and a peek of the ocean through the tree tops.
Bedroom #3 has a bunk bed with a queen below and a twin up top.
The upstairs bedrooms share a full hall bath with a shower-over-tub combination and tile floors.
Stacked washer and dryer are located in the kitchen.
Off-street parking for one vehicle is available in the driveway off 4th Avenue.
Well-behaved small dogs are possible with Homeowner pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
This home has two exterior cameras which are monitored regularly for security in the front and the back of the home.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
