The Salty Sandpiper features a thoughtfully designed inverted floor plan, placing the heart of the home beneath the vaulted ceilings upstairs—right where the light, views, and good vibes belong. On the upper level, you’ll find a gorgeous kitchen with top-of-the-line, stainless steel appliances; a spacious, comfortable living room made for movie nights, games & relaxed lounging; two dining areas: one full-size table for adults and a second kid-friendly table so everyone has a seat; and a back deck with a private hot tub, ideal for unwinding after beach days or soaking under the stars. The open layout makes it easy for everyone to gather, laugh, and relax—without ever feeling crowded.
Seabrook Island is a gated community on a Lowcountry barrier island that is 45 minutes from downtown Charleston. Guests access The Salty Sandpiper by taking the exterior stairs to the elevated front porch. On the first floor, you'll find the entryway, primary suite, laundry room, two guest bedrooms, Jack & Jill bathroom and interior staircase to the upper level. On the upstairs, you will find the kitchen, two dining areas, living room, bunk bedroom and half bathroom. You can access the back deck from the dining areas and living room. Off street parking for up to 4 cars. Late fees may apply for passes required within 2 weeks of check in or for showing up without the QR code at the Seabrook Island gate.

Great Stay!
We stayed at the Salty Sandpiper over the weekend and you can't beat the access to the beach and club amenities. Being steps away from the beach was essential with the kids.
There are plenty of gathering areas for a bigger group and a great deck out back amongst the trees.
We will be staying again!

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay at this beach house and would absolutely come back! The short walk to the beach made it incredibly easy to enjoy the ocean multiple times a day without any hassle. The location was excellent as well, with quick access to all of the amenities in Seabrook Island while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The house was clean and set up perfectly for families with kids. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an easy, relaxing family beach getaway!

Wonderful Home

Such a Good Time
Our family had such a good time at the Salty Sandpiper! Being on the boardwalk to the beach with kids was a huge plus. There was plenty of room for gathering and the place was very well kept. We will definitely be coming back. You can’t beat the convenience, coming and going for the days activities was a breeze.

A Great Time!
We had a great time when we rented your beautiful home. The layout was perfect with plenty of bedrooms and baths for everyone. The kitchen was huge and very well equipped. Proximity to the beach was key with only a very short walk along the boardwalk right from the house. The hot tub on the back deck was a bonus. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect For The Family
This steps-to-the-sand rental was perfect for our family! The unbeatable proximity made time at the beach simple and stress-free with kids. It’s a safe, comfortable, and convenient home base that made our time at Seabrook relaxing and memorable.
We never felt cramped, even with the kids running around. It was clean, well-maintained, and felt like a home away from home.

Perfect Getaway
Our stay at this beautiful home on Seabrook was the perfect weekend getaway for our family! The layout of the home was great for our group and would easily accommodate multiple couples or families with children. The home was incredibly clean, had sizable bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a modern kitchen with new appliances- perfect for cooking and dining in. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the deck taking in the views and ocean breeze, and going to the pool (a quick golf cart ride away) and the beach (a short walk down the boardwalk right off of the house). We can’t say enough good things about this lovely home and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great memories!
We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this home. The owners clearly put a lot of thought and attention into every detail. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had high-end finishes throughout. We especially loved the tile work and the spacious shower, which felt like something you’d find in a luxury resort.
The hot tub was a favorite spot for our group, and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the back porch enjoying the peaceful setting. One of the biggest highlights was the easy beach access, the boardwalk right off the property made it incredibly convenient to go back and forth between the house and the beach.
The full-sized kitchen was perfect for our large group and was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals throughout our stay. It was clear that the home was designed with both comfort and functionality in mind.
Overall, this was one of the nicest beach homes we have stayed in. We made some great memories here and would gladly stay again in the future.

Fantastic stay
We had a fantastic stay at this beach house and are already looking forward to booking it again. The home was comfortable, spacious, and incredibly well stocked with everything our group needed for a relaxing vacation. The layout was perfect for a large group or multiple families, providing plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still enjoying time together.
One of our favorite features was the convenient boardwalk access to the beach. Getting to and from the water was easy, and the beach itself was wonderfully uncrowded, making for a peaceful and enjoyable experience.
The house offered exceptional value for the location, amenities, and overall experience. Everything exceeded our expectations, and it truly felt like the perfect beach house getaway. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to return for another stay.
