Penthouse au quatrième étage avec 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain avec une bibliothèque / un loft surélevé, une vue imprenable sur l'océan et un ascenseur. Les plafonds voûtés et les lucarnes créent une ambiance exquise. Cette villa possède de magnifiques salles de bains en marbre et en granit avec deux lavabos et de nombreux rangements. La cuisine a un garde-manger, des armoires à fermeture douce, de l'eau purifiée, un tiroir chauffant, des épices pour les invités et tous les ustensiles que vous auriez à la maison. Bel art, mobilier confortable et moderne. Du luxe à la plage. La villa comprend un approvisionnement de départ des éléments suivants: savon, shampoing, kleenex, serviettes en papier, papier toilette, détergent à lessive, détergent à vaisselle.

You can’t beat the beautiful views of the ocean from both floors of the unit. The place was very nicely done and was stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

Quintessential Kiawah Family stay

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, ocean view condo and Maxine's careful attention to her guests made the trip so memorable. WONDERFUL PROPERTY

We have rented many properties on the island,but this one was everything that it was advertised to be. We had a fabulous time. The home is gorgeous and has everything you need! Comfortable and spacious enough for 6 adults and one child (room for 2 more children). We rented bikes, as Maxine recommended, and used them every day. We will be back!!

Stunning Condo and Ocean View

This is a true luxury, beautiful ocean view condo.. while we were two couples, the condo can sleep eight. If having a television is important to you (it was to us), every bedroom as well as the living area is equipped with one, most have their own private bathrooms and the one that doesn’t shares a jack and Jill. The owner, Maxine, suggests restaurants, both on and off the island, which is wonderful, especially for first-time visitors. Kiawah is a beautiful, private island. And February is, in my opinion, the perfect time to visit.

Overall this property was wonderful. Only issue we had was one of our friends was still using a walker after back and knee surgery. Even though there was an elevator there are steps coming in the entrance. I would not recommend this property, if someone was in a wheelchair.

We were a little skeptical to celebrate the holidays away from home but Maxine is an amazing host and made this trip simply one of our top favorite Christmases as a family! The villa is beautifully decorated and Maxine provides more kitchen supplies and starter supplies than we ever have! I was particularly nervous cooking Christmas dinner in a kitchen that was not mine. She simply had everything that was needed and more! The view was studying and we were pleasantly surprised to see both sunrise and sunset from her villa! Top-notch, and would definitely recommend

Kiawah vacation

Kiawah Island is so beautiful, and our condo overlooked the beautiful beach plus wildlife living in the trees along the dunes. We loved all the nature this island has. The condo is centrally located and an easy 5 minute drive to Fresh Fields for shopping. The only negative is there are about 20 stairs to get to the first floor where the elevator is so for unloading it was a bit difficult. The unit itself didn't have an elevator, which I had assumed it did but that is on me. Maxine the owner is a true delight and very concerned about your stay. She wants to make sure you have the very best experience. We have stayed in a lot of beach homes on the east, west and south, and I must say she is the best host we have ever had. Kiawah Island is a must especially if you have never been. We will be back!

Beautiful Oceanfront Escape

The villa is on the top floor of Windswept with easy access via elevator. There is a new handicap ramp as well.Upon entering the lovely foyer, your eyes are drawn immediately to the ocean view out the back windows off the dining and living areas. There is a sliding door to a small covered porch with a beautiful ocean view. We enjoyed watching the deer munching on the dunes with coffee in the morning and evening. The kitchen is as advertised.... well-stocked with everything you may need. The main floor bedroom was perfect for our teenage son. Upstairs the two master suites are prettily appointed, both with ocean views. Great bathrooms, too. There are some hidden surprises, too!The villa is centrally located in East Beach, very close to Night Heron Park and The Sanctuary. We really enjoyed morning walks amd evening bike rides along the paved paths. We ate at The Players Pub (the pretzel!), Cherrywood BBQ (nachoes!), had pizza from Tomasso (prosciutto and fig!), and several places at Freshfields and at Bohicket Marina at Seabrook. If renting bikes, reserve ahead at Alligator Bike Rentals for good prices. Island Beach Services sets up the blue umbrellas and chairs just down Boardwalk 21 and 22. (Max privides lots of chairs, so we recommend just getting umbrellas.) :) Let them do the hard work of drilling in those umbrellas!The chek in and out process could not be easier. Maxine is a wonderful hostess! We'd love to stay here again!
