Mangawhai Heads beach pad for the whole crew w/sleepout

Welcome to our beautiful Mangawhai Heads beach house. The house is fully kitted out for families wanting to escape with a large group.

The main house has three spacious bedrooms which all have a heat pump/air conditioning. The master has a king bed, walk-in-robe and gorgeous en-suite. There’s also two more bedrooms (one with two king single beds and one with a queen bed) and a family bathroom with a large bath and separate toilet. The main living area has a spacious kitchen with Bosch appliances, a dining area that seats 8 and a large comfy sofa (plus 75 inch TV). Off the lounge is a massive deck, which has an outdoor table and bbq. The real highlight for groups is the huge garage which is a kitted out kids escape, with a large TV, sofa and two sets of bunk beds. The garage is carpeted and has a heat pump and blinds so that the kids can sleep comfortably. We also cater for the little ones, with 2x portacots and 2x high chairs.

Outside there is a huge lawn and self-contained sleepout which also has heat pumps/air conditioning. The sleepout has a queen bed, full bathroom, lounge (with a couch that folds out as a bed), sink and fridge. Perfect if you’re coming up with your parents or another family.

The beach is less than 5 minutes drive away or a 30 minute walk. The grocery store and playground are less than 10 minutes drive away. It takes about an hour and a half from central Auckland (traffic depending!).

Mangawhai is a gorgeous coastal community. Between the estuary, the beach, the sand dunes and the playground, it’s an amazing spot for a holiday with the whole family.
