Our stay at this property was amazing! The condo was very clean, kitchen was fully stocked, and beds were sooo comfy! The view from the balcony was wonderful :) and property management (SPI Rentals) was awesome as well—everything about our stay exceeded expectations and we would definitely stay again!!

Booked last minute- very clean and large end unit. Ones of the best units to rent in the Saida Towers. SPI rentals staff wonderful & easy to chat with. Highly recommend!

View and location to the beach was perfect!

The condo was absolutely amazing. The view and location to the beach was perfect! It is a corner unit with more space than expected. The balcony was large with a huge table to have breakfast or dinner on. SPI rentals did a wonderful job with communication at arrival and departure. We will definitely be back!

Fam get away

The view was amazing, the ease of check in and check out worked wonderful because we arrived very late. Everyone in the complex was very friendly. We had everything we needed. We felt very comfortable and relaxed. We would go there again.

Beach Escape

This was an excellent Condo!! We really enjoyed the patio and the spacious Condo! This is my third time at this complex but this is the nicest Condo we've stayed at. Even though it was January the weather was nice and we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs. Not only was the Condo clean it had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Don't hesitate to book this Condo.

Great Condo

Saida property is very well maintained and clean. The condo was stocked with plenty of soap, trash bags, and paper goods. The view from the balcony is fabulous and we enjoyed being able to use the stairs instead of the elevator. Would definitely recommended the unit and would stay there again.

Family fun in the sun

We’ve been going to South padre Island for 15 years and have always stayed in the best ocean front property on the island, Saida Towers . this condominium in Saida IV #301 was hands-down the nicest condo we’ve ever stayed in.. exceptionally clean, luxury designer interior all new furniture and flooring.

Excellent stay

Condo was very clean and well maintained. Furnished nicely. Kitchen had everything you would need even a keurig type coffee maker. Wonderful view of the ocean but also of the pool and tennis courts. Had a giant balcony with nice table and chairs. The complex itself is well maintained and close to the beach as well as restaurants and shopping. Rental company was great and very responsive when the electronic door lock malfunctioned. Overall great stay.
