"We had a wonderful time with our children at this property. Beach access was easy and close, the property was very clean and beds comfy. Pools were clean, but we preferred our time spent on the sand. Loved the view from the deck! An easy walk to a handful of restaurants, and gated access/parking all very easy to use. Visible and friendly security on premises making sure quiet hours and all guests were respectful of condo rules were an extra nice touch. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space!"

RESORT FEES
All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests ages 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment, as well as chair and umbrella rentals on the sand.
