The Above Diamond is a waterside contemporary home overlooking Lake Austin. Facing Lake Austin, this property offers immediate access to the water; your boats are steps away providing daily opportunities for a quick spin. Maximizing the lake view, the home opens to a large terrace bordered by a negative-edge pool that seems to spill into the water below; you will be drawn outdoors again and again to enjoy an alfresco meal cooked up in the summer kitchen, followed by a cozy nightcap around the fire. Guests can access community tennis, pickleball and basketball court.
Filled with light and scenery, the home is lined with floor-to-ceiling walls of glass offering a glimpse of the water even before you enter. Wide-plank oak floors and ceiling accents wrap the bright white walls in a warm, organic backdrop. The airy family room opens on two sides to the outdoors creating an indoor/outdoor living area. A perfect entertaining space, mix a drink at the bar before heading out the patio to enjoy the breeze. A gorgeous marble-clad kitchen is grand enough to serve as the center of the party while also providing everything a gourmet cook could want.
Lake Views from Every Bedroom -The main floor primary suite features a spectacular view of the lake and a sleek fireplace to warm up cool nights. Enjoy a luxurious start to the day in the sumptuous bath with an oversized, marble-clad shower and soaking tub plus a walk-in closet with room for everything. An adjacent office is wrapped in oak cabinetry and hides a Murphy bed, transitioning to a guest room when necessary. Upstairs, two ensuite bedrooms open to the second-floor balcony, providing a vista across the water. A second living space offers a place to relax and entertain. Topping the home, a third-floor birdâs nest loft is the perfect place to escape with a book and look out over the view.
This property is regularly set for 8 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 14 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee. Car charger available.
